I can't say enough good things about our experience with Bill! He was the first to respond to our request and came to see us the same day to analyze the problem with our refrigerator. He was very professional and knowledgeable about refrigerators and was generous about sharing this knowledge with us. His detailed explanations about the issues at hand really helped us understand what was needed. We felt his charge for the job was very reasonable and will certainly hire him for any future jobs!

The clicking stopped working on my gas stover burners and my oven wasn’t turning on. Bill called me and walked me through easy troubleshooting tasks to figure out and resolve the problem. The electric outlet my stove and over were plugged into stopped working. Easily plugged them into a working electrical outlet and stove and oven worked perfectly. I recommend 100%. Wonderful service. Professional, polite, patient, and practical effective results.

Bill was thorough and did a temporary fix until our parts come in. He was very pleasant and we were so impressed with his solution to the problem. He leveled the dishwasher and figured out the problem and wasn’t going to leave until it was resolved which involved retesting the appliance several times. Very good experience and we are looking forward to working with him next week as he will be installing the parts. We will definitely recommend him to others as well as hire him again, if needed.

"Is the first customer that didn’t think I was worth a five star all across There were no clamps or brackets to hold the dishwasher in place also the dishwasher is too wide for the space. So I had to modify and make clamps to hold the dishwasher in place which most service technicians would not do and I thought that was enough to make the customer happy . I thought I did a wonderful job, but I’ll try harder next time. Maybe if I took the time and ordered new clips because there were no supporting brackets or clips for the Dishwasher, which would’ve cost her another service charge that’s the reason why I made clips to get the job completed which saves her money. So I’ll be sure to change after all these years and try to do it better. So I’m very disappointed in my performance, which I thought I went over and beyond. But obviously not worth the top review. From this job. Cause I take my reviews very seriously and I try to make sure that everyone’s happy when I leave out the door."

It was not making the noise it made when I called in for the repair. He told me make a video and send it to him if began making the noise again. Hoping the motor is not going up on the washing machine

Bill Evans was just wonderful. He found out that my original ice maker wasn't broken. The arm that calls for ice was in the wrong hole. And he only charge 1/2 of the original quote. And I get to send the ice maker I bought on Amazon back to them for a refund!
