Express Floors has completed Numerous jobs for me and have done an excellent job! We purchased our Countertops and LVP flooring from them! Would definitely use them again!

They did a wonderful job Installed new carpet and LVP flooring. Everything was cleaned up and done fast.

**Legal proceedings pending** They destroyed everything they touched and then some. They did not correctly reset toilet in master bath so it's been leaking since the April 28, 2020 installation. The floor is damaged from the toilet leak and is a health hazard from the mold growing under the floor. They knowingly installed defective and flawed tiles and never replaced them. Some of the tiles are contracting and leaving gaps between tiles. Some are expandinding and buckling. Some were laid with visible flaws/defects. Floor was acclimated for 24 hours. ALL trim including stops, casings, jambs, moulding, are damaged, splintering and cracking. Installers gouged a baseboard and a wall in the guest bath. One of the door stops is halfway tore of the jamb. They installed moulding and reducers that were not the ones listed on my invoice and even those incorrect materials not even installed properly. The dull blade on their jamb saw burned the wood on the jamb and my bedroom carpet. When resetting the guest bath toilet they set it on top of my contour rug and then tore the rug when they ripped it out from under the toilet. I was never reimbursed. The same guy then smeared the black residue from the toilet wax ring all over my cabinets, counters, doors, drawers, floors and appliances in the kitchen and laundry room and never cleaned it up. Sawdust strewn everywhere and not cleaned up. My dream remodel has left my once beautiful home the nightmare eyesore from ****!!!

The end product looked like nothing had been done at all. I call and asked about it and was told that 3 costs of polish had been applied. I went to Brame Speciallty and got a case of polish. I cleaned the floor until the water was clear and the first coat showed a shine. By the third coat it looked like glass. I guess I should have done it in the first place but, I didn’t know what I was doing So, I had hired a professional.

The guy was really nice and on time. He was knowledgeable of the carpet issues we had. I just didn't like the style of cleaning. I now love the dry cleaning of my carpet and they don't give that service.

The floors had been neglected for at least 3 years, with the house sitting unoccupied, and now they are beautiful. All the work was outstanding and done in a very reasonable timeframe. We are extremely satisfied with Adam Williams and the whole Express Floors staff. They are very friendly and professional people.
