The tech came out and quoted me $296.00 to fix my overhead garage door, which had gone off of its track; it took him not more than 15 minutes and no parts were used that I am aware of. This equates to an hourly rate of nearly $1200 per hour. The work was O.K. but I was grossly overcharged. A service call fee of $125.00 would have been fair. I would not use this provider again!!!

"Ok, we gave you the estimate upfront, no hidden fees. We also told you the service call fee to [Member Information Removed] 2 hours. You picked our company for a reason over the other companies listed on here. We didn’t pick you. We have customers that pay better and value our time and appreciate our effort when we go an extra mile. Understand this is the United States of America nothing is free. This is a business not a charity. Is not a business if you don’t make profit. So no disrespect next time before you leave a review here or anywhere else because of the price of the service; check and make sure is not too expensive for you and make sure you can afford it so you’re not upset with your own decision. Now days you can also watch a YouTube video, everything is on YouTube, you can but a ladder $60, an impact $100, to adjust your garage door, a set of screw drivers $30, wrenches $50, the bars to adjust the springs $40.00, the pair of vice grips for $30.00, the magnetic nut driver set for $26 plus shipping on Amazon, the garage door lube for $7, 40 for gas, and dont forget to call a junk removal company which will charge you an average of $300 for all the junk I had to move inside your garage. I hope you have have all of this into consideration the next time you decide to leave a bad review over a few bucks that you could’ve save yourself by keeping your garage clean and checking your surroundings before closing the garage door, and doing regular maintenance on your garage to keep the rust out. Again understand anywhere you go, either is a car shop for oil change, shoes, clothing stores, car dealer, grocery store, restaurants, etc you have to pay for labor, and what you’re getting. Is nothing free, you can’t take your own oil to a car shop, you can’t take your own food to a restaurant, and it goes on and on. The IRS takes all of our money and you don’t see anyone going to the IRS office or to the White House to complain about paying too much property taxes or any other things . The Man called me as soon as I left the site. He came the next day. I had been waiting for weeks just for the other guys to call me back. They came and These Guys did an Excellent Job. It didn't take long, It Was Professional, and it was a whole lot less than the other quotes I got. I recommend anyone that needs a garage door, Go To These Guys. A number 1.

Excellant. Always replies promptly, showed up on time, courteous and extremely reasonable on pricing. In fact he even offered to put a door rubber gasket he had extra for no charge , not that i sought free stuff but it just goes to show Ed's integrity. Compared him wirh 4 others on various platforms and glad I chose this one.
