Express Stonewalls Masonry

On first visit, Rigert and crew made a huge mess with cement spilled on the brick paver walk way and several joints cracks not properly filled. Second trip they cleaned off cement and filled more cracks. Within 2 months one of the bluestones was already loose again. We called Rigert, but he said he couldn't now fix it because it would break the bluestone. When a second bluestone became loose we contacted him again requesting that he please come by. He showed up on Saturday after 6PM and looked at the cracked mortar and loose stones, and then incredibly said he would not stand by his work and that he, "already fixed" it. Too bad. We paid him $500 and got nothing but hassles and headaches. Not going to recommend this contractor at all.

Left the job unfinished even though paid in full. Many joints not filled/repaired. Cement spilled and dried on brick walk and driveway. Many calls to come back. Finally did and still did not fix loose bluestone and left cement on bricks, promising to return yet again. Numerous messages to no avail. Friendly guy, but NOT professional. Would not rehire

Fast response, excellent craftsmanship

They had taken the existing stone wall completely down. <br /> Poured a new footing and rebuilt the stonewall from scratch , using the original stones. <br /> They also put in drainage pipe and gravel to direct water away from the wall . <br />  These folks could not of been more professional in their work and their attitude. <br /> They were on time, courteous and cleaned up after themselves. <br /> Except for a new wall , you would not of known they were here. <br /> And let me say the wall looks great , very pleased with the end result. <br /> From my experience I would <strong>"highly recommend"</strong> these folks for any stone work that you would need. <br />

From first contact, Rigert was very professional and easy to deal with. THey were extremely punctual and kept us up to speed on their progress and plans as the project went along. THey were flexible with any changes we requested and felt comfortable giving us their recommendations. They were very neat and cleaned up each day when they were finished. THey are true craftsmen as evidenced by our beautiful stonework. We were very pleased with this father/son company. The customer service was second to none.
