Mr. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed a repair ASAP and the owner was the first to respond literally within minutes of me requesting service on Angie's list. "We respectfully disagree with this review. At the time of our visit, the sink was already cracked and compromised. While assessing the plumbing issue, the existing damage worsened due to its condition. Replacement options were discussed, and you sent a link to a sink you were considering. You later asked us to hold off, and we did not hear back. No service fee was charged and no contracted work was performed. We stand behind our professionalism and communication."

Though more accomplished than expected, the workers surprised me with a failed result. They couldn't put the project back together correctly; everyone saw something was off. Outside the stall looked fine, but the tile they "replaced" was actually the original, just poorly handled. They left the last row unfinished after hitting a curve hard and breaking the tile apart. Instead of using a diamond saw for a clean $400 straight cut, they took a shortcut that ruined the piece. The tile broke jaggedly, so they tried to hide the damage by burying the break line under piles of caulk and extra material. Now, the fracture is "leaking" through the mess. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication.

I went to Angi around 1:00 PM to have a new kitchen faucet installed. Exquisite Home Improvement contacted me within 15 minutes and the faucet was installed by 5:30 PM.
The installer was prompt, respectful, and professional. Their fee was less than I expected and I will use them again if the need arises. I highly recommend.

I would recommend Exquisite Touch to anyone in need of plumbing services. I had some work done this past Saturday, which included a full stack replacement along with a flange and cleanout. The technicians, Ken and Dylan, arrived well-prepared from the start. There was another worker who joined the team, but I didn’t catch his name. These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. They informed me about the entire project step by step and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. Even the receptionist who took my call was professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. Thank you to the team at Exquisite Touch: Ken, Dylan, Sara, and the other worker whose name I missed.
