Wow! Excellent service!  I have asthma and am highly allergic to everything and I feel it has made a huge difference. <br /> Sharon and her husband were very kind and very hard working people.  They got it done in two days, we have a lot of returns/vents.  Honestly, $1700.00 was not what we wanted to pay for all this, but I think they actually do a good job and cleaned it really well as compared to what other companies out there would do.  You may be as little as $300, but you are probably not getting your vents cleaned well.  We are very impressed and I highly trust and would recommend Exterior Metals to clean your vents.  They do a really good job and make sure it gets done right.  They also called before they came, and came on time.  Very Impressed with them and will hire in the next four years when we need to have it done again. <br />

Explained everything to me, several times as I kept asking questions. Very professional, polite, thorough. Cleaned up everything and left our home as they found it, everything in proper place.

It was a tough spot as the laundry room is small and the vent goes out at tough angle.  But since cleaning it out had no more issues with my dryer.  She was on time and very pleasant.  Only thing I would say is that she could use some help as it is a lot for a one person job. <br />

Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email. <br /> Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.   <br /> Thank you Sharon! <br /> <br /> <br />

They found that the vent hose had not been properly reattached and sealed by the company that cleaned the vent previously. They were courteous, quick and efficient and, needless to say, the dryer functions much better. <br />

They were fantastic. Sharon was very professional and helpful Had some problem with my dryer overheating about a month later so I called them back and they were here that same day and fixed the problem with no charge. I would use them agin. <br />

I think it went very well, they are very professional.  You can talk to them and they answer your questions.  I feel they did an excellent job.  They took vent covers down and cleaned all of them. They previously had cleaned my dryer vent.
