No Roofing done! Very professional. Took my needs into consideration the two days they were here. Extremely understanding and very nice. I would recommend them to everyone. Bathroom is beautiful and now I can take a shower without fear of falling. Walk in shower

Adam did a wonderful job in explaining all the process and guiding us through selections. Because of his excellent job, we signed up for the job.

We had a great experience. From inspection to completion we could not have been happier. The quote process was well explained and not high pressure. We needed to wait until warm weather. They called us a week before, explained when the materials and dumpster would be dropped off and they were exactly as they said. The project took one day to complete and the crew left the area cleaner than they found it. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. The day of completion, we were kept up to date with progress and any work required. The roof looks fantastic. It was the final step of our exterior makeover, as the siding was done 2 months prior. We are so happy we picked Exterior Pros to complete our roof project. Great people, great product, great price and great results!

Just a bathroom remodel estimate. Their sales rep, Jeremy was very polite, and respectful. Great knowledge of procedures and materials. Completely explained their whole process for our needs. They worked with our schedule for the estimation and will work with us on the installation, when materials are ordered and received.

Went above and beyond. Great people to work with. My shower turned out awesome. I love it.

Tear off, roof, gutters, gutter covers and downspouts installed in one day. Clean up after left no traces that they were even there. Repaired damaged roof boards, soffit and fascia at no additional charge. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic. The installers Eric and Ryan are very professional and knowledgeable. They have great expertise in what they do. The installation had a couple of unexpected situations on the first day and they worked through them like they were part of the regular installation. They found that they needed more people to hoist the window into place and we had the supervisor and with one call he made there were enough people to to get it into place in about 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this group and Exterior Pros in all of your home improvement projects inside and out .

Fantastic!!! From Stephanie and Susan down to the contractors this is by far the best team of people and contractors I have worked with in my life. Was kept informed from ordering day to arrival and install day. Jesus arrived on time and was very nice and professional. Started the conversion around 9:30 and was done by and cleaned up by 4:15. As the install progressed he noticed he needed other materials and ran to the hardware store for them. We had a bead mark around the ceiling and the materials for that needed to be ordered the following business day by Doug the person who would be installing the trim work traveled to pick it up instead of having shipped and a longer wait time. He was here within 3 days installing it and completing the project including getting me my water pressure back in the shower He also fixed my front door that was hard to close. It now closes with no effort at all. After all was done on Friday When I received my bill all credits discussed had been credited and I love my new walk in shower. Being a senior I really appreciate being treated like a person that matters and not just a number. From beginning to end Exterior Pros delivered what they said they would with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would highly recommend Exterior Pros for any remodeling you need done.

Hired Exterior Pros to put on four roofs for four homes over several years. Issue is I have been trying for almost two years to get them to provide verification the lifetime warranties were submitted properly to the shingle provider. I’ve gotten lots of excuses and promises but no warranty conformations. So far the work appears ok. So I don’t know why the provider won’t confirm the work was done per requirements, unless it wasn’t. I’m looking to replace another roof and can’t seeing going back to Exterior Pros because I just don’t trust them.

Bad Communication was horrible. I could not get the project manager to return phone calls. Material was not checked before installed to make sure it wasn't damaged. The base was warped and had to be reordered. The corner piece was too short to cover removed outlet box. When the piece came in the wrong colored **** was used. Each time I could not get the project manager to call back with details. At the initial installation NO effort was made to contain the drywall or tile dust with plastic at the doorway or laying a tarp on the floor. My green graut is now white on the green tile floor. There was dry wall dust everywhere and little effort to clean the bathroom when they left as it was not finished due to the base having to be reordered. When I wasn't getting any response from the project manager I tried to speak to the owner and they would not let me speak to her regarding my dissatisfaction. The product is great but I regret hiring Exterior Pros as it was not worth the anxiety and unfinished bathroom for weeks. Not worth the 14000.00 spent. I kept calling Sue because she was the only one that was concerned about the lack of communication. She ensured me that she would call the project manager immediately and have him call us back. Each time I called I received no return phone call. Needless to say the money was withdrawn and I was not happy with the result. Lack of respect and communication!!!!
