Pricing they did fine and responsiveness I didn't complain and they were fine when I called them and I don't think whether I will use them again.

They were on time, friendly and professional. They took pictures of the finished product which I thought was a great idea.  <br />

Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results.  <br /> We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job.  <br /> While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home.  <br /> I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros. <br />

<p>They were awesome.</p> <p>I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient. </p> <p>They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows. </p> <p>Excellent cleanup. </p> <p>They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.</p> <p>I highly recommend them to anyone need exterior work done.</p>

Purchased big deal for gutter cleaning. Communicated thru email. Very efficient, clean - no debris noticed, effective.

I can't really give much feedback as I wasn't home when the service occurred - but gutter cleaning was indeed performed and everything seemed fine. <br />

It was okay. It wasn’t the best but it worked. They showed up on time. I had to ask him to clean up the trash after he emptied the gutter. That was not included. I thought for sure that they would pick up the trash that came out of the gutters. The scheduling wasn’t a problem.

Gutter pros sent 2 people to my house to go over all the details and give me an estimate.  They were very knowledgable and answered all my questions - even those I didn't even know I had.  They showed up on time and had a sample of the product for me to look at.  I did not decide on the spot as it was a big investment, and was thankful they did not pressure me.  I called them after about 5 days and we agreed on a final price and signed the contract.  It was installed early Feb 2015 - about 1 week after I signed the contract.  It took 1 person about 2 hours to do the work.  So far it looks nice and strong.  The real test will be in the fall when all the leaves fall to see how it holds up.  I am looking forward to never having to see leaves flowing out of my gutters and not having to worry about cleaning them out.  I will update in October to write how they hold up. <br />
