they did a great job on my patio and gutters.

VERY pleased with the cleaning of the pool cage. The pool deck however could have taken a little more "Love". It was more of a "wash down" than a pressure wash.

Mark did an excellent job. He was here about 3 hours. Our cage was a little larger than average so it cost about $20 over the estimated cost of $59

He was on time and did the work adequately. However he stated that any part of the house within the pool cage was not covered and if we wanted that part of the house cleaned it would be an additional charge of $85.00 I did not think that this additional charge was necessary or reasonable.

I am requesting a partial refund of $49 on this service. The total paid to Angies and directly to the provider was $149. Three areas were to be worked on: A) all driveway, walkway, door slabs and included mailbox. B) small screened enclosure (no pool) referred to as "lanai", and C) front breezeway. I am satisfied with driveway and walkway, but there was damage that I should have been warned about. I am NOT satisfied with lanai and breezeway. Besides damage, directions were not followed as discussed. Very disappointed.

It went very well. Mark called the night before to verify our appointment, and arrived at the stated time. He spent over 4 hours cleaning the house, driveway and sidewalk, doing a thorough job throughout. Considering that our neighbors have paid considerably more for pressure washing from other vendors, we feel the Angie's List offer was quite a good deal. I am glad that no chemicals were used so our many plants were never in danger.

It could not have gone any worse. He did a poor job with the actual pressure washing and made a complete mess of everything in the vicinity of where he worked. He damaged my furniture when he moved it, and he propped my gate open and then left it that way. I️ spent 20 minutes chasing my dog around the neighborhood. When I️ asked him to come back and clean up the mess he made he hung up on me. He would never recommend anyone let this man anywhere near their property

Overall the job looks good from afar. But there are many areas where big sections were missed and/or not done well. These are areas I have been able to easily clean when I have pressure washed them myself. If he were to clean these areas I would give a better overall rating. Also I would consider using them again.

Overall did a good job. Driveway and walk were not as clean as previous providers. Probably because he doesn't use any chemicals. When I asked for an invoice/receipt, he couldn't provide one so I hand wrote a receipt and he signed it.

He did better than the last person on the pool enclosure and driveway but not as well on the pool deck. Had to ask him to wipe up dirt left after pressure washing. Have never had that problem with other providers. He washed the deck before the overhead screens and did not clean up the dirt that fell. Should have done the other way around. All around nice guy.

Mark was very responsive and did a great job. He got off all the mildew and mud robber stains. He persevered despite weather delays, and came back to finish painting the deck.

Fantastic. Excellent job very friendly and detailed. Was also right on time so A+ for punctuality! Called and confirmed the night before. Work right a long and had reliable equipment. Also did the outside patio as a courtesy. :)) Reasonable too!

This was an exercise in futility. The fact that he's on Angie's list is cause to discontinue Angie's List membership. He stated that others had complained and threatened to have him removed, and he's still on. He showed up 2+ hrs late looking scraggly, not unlike an unkempt homeless person. His performance was that of a "hit & miss protocol". When he announced that he was done; we walked the perimeter of the house and I pointed out some of the obviously ignored areas – his response was “I sprayed there.” After pointing out an unbelievable number of areas I took a regular spray bottle of water and demonstrated to him that; just spraying some water and a single wipe removed the dirt his “spraying” didn’t. He was blasé. He refused to even attempt to rectify the areas that I pointed out. His equipment is subpar, definitely not commercial grade. My personal pressure washer is stronger and he used nothing but clean water no additive. • His work was equivalent to that done by a garden hose with a nozzle turned to a stream. • He missed many large areas completely: e.g. behind the A/C unit – 16” wide gap; strip of wall alongside a storage shed, walls under low windows, ignored window sills completely, skipped the 4’ by 12’ overhang porch ceiling (excuse was that it was sheetrock, my house is all stucco the way they did it in 1974) • He left an undulating line 12” to 16” wide strip below the soffit around the whole house. • Never even came close to the soffits – which definitely needed it. • Didn’t address areas near downspouts • Patio that we agreed I would pay an extra $50.00 to do: looks the same as when I hose it down with normal nozzle set to narrow stream. (I paid him $15.00 for the 5-10 minutes of work.) He said that he would file a lien against me for the $35.00. Good luck – he didn’t provide the services that were contracted. I refuse to be bullied into paying for something that wasn’t provided and what was provided is grossly sub-standard. • To top it off, he splashed ground debris on the recently washed windows and didn’t even bother to rinse them: grass and dirt splattered windows and walls along the surface line is what he left. (His response to this was – “What you want is “detailing, that’s not included.” • I took the time to take pictures to document the findings. RECOMMENDATION: Use your standard garden hose, set the nozzle to stream and you will get better results: guaranteed! Plus, you will have the added benefit of not having to cope with an argumentative, peevish individual. CONCLUSION: I will never use anyone recommended by Angie’s list. Apparently, it is nothing more than a pretense at actually screening the businesses that they list & promoteor highlight. My review is totally based on the individual's quality of work and his statements. I now have to hire 2 people to correct his work - 1 to properly wash the house, the other to do the windows. A very expensive mistake. I’ll be interesting to see if this gets posted in its entirety.

Took a long time and had to be redone as screens were still green when he said he was through. Even though my deck was the proper size he charged me 20 more because my lanai is tall. There was no mention of this in the Angies deal.

Not well. Treatment did not remove any mold, mildew or stains. Only surface dirt was removed. A disappointing experience.

3 hrs of steady working I was glad to pay him $50.00 more as we have large pool
