She did not want to return the old part to me, the machine worked for a while but then it stopped working.

Initial first contact is good but once work is completed company does not respond to phone calls or text messages to repair the quality. I would not recommend her.

Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable

Amanda showed up just when she said she would and I explained what was happening with the fridge so she took everything out completely thought maybe she knew what it was and she did. I've never had a lady come out before and she was so very nice and sociable and knew exactly what she was doing. Amanda called me almost immediately after she saw my request, and she made her way down to our house within 2 hours. She is very professional and did quality work. She diagnosed the stove and oven which stopped working in the middle of cooking the night before, and identified the problem right away. Then she went to the stores to get the parts she needs to fix it. I truly appreciate Amanda's quick response, professionalism and at the end, a quality result I was hoping for. I would highly recommend Amanda and will hire her again in the future.

There was no pushing towards the expensive part or adding extra fees. She was clear and respectful. Her work on the machine was excellent and I have had no problem with my washer since.

Amanda fixed my busted dryer. It stopped drying clothes, basically every setting was tumble dry. Amanda arrived within the scheduled time window, she was friendly and professional. She got right to work and diagnosed the issue as a heating element within 20, maybe 25 minutes. Amanda went out to get the part needed and she was back the same day to install it. She tested it out to make sure it was working as it should, she also gave it a good once over to make sure everything else was in good shape before she left. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided, from scheduling to diagnosis and repair. She made what could be a stressful situation, very easy and seemless.
