"I have had issues with Home advisors online scheduling portal connecting with our 3rd party online scheduling system we use here at Extra Touch Cleaning as the two systems should show the same appointments that have been scheduled but many of those who booked an appointment with us through Home advisor their appointments would not show on our end. "Barbara, we talked 3 days after we cleaned all your carpets for $252 and the area you wanted clean again the area your animals have peed on many many times. So when you wanted to have us come back we would have to treat that area with the urine removal treatment to be able to make the urine come out of the padding and the carpet or just going over that area again with normal cleaning procedures would give us the same results.
