Extreme Clean Pressure Washing and Detailing

I was very pleased with the work done by Extreme Clean. My driveway, porch and patio looked new again.

Amazing and perfect. They were on time, professional, very cleaned and very thorough.

It went really well. They were thorough, clean, and fast.

Note: this is a second review. I posted one when the work was first done with the grade of C because there was an accident and some damage and Angie's List seemed to require that grade be assigned before they could start the process of dealing with it. Since I haven't been able to take that one down, I'm writing an updated review instead to replace/supplement the old one. Unfortunately, when the team pressure washed our house a pipe broke which caused some flooding under the floor. It was frustrating at the time, but the team comped the job and were proactive about getting their insurance involved. We didn't have a floor for a few months, but that wasn't this company's fault - it was just very slow to find a contractor and get the process moving. The house looks great from the outside (lots of attention to detail) and they were honest and diligent about resolving the problem.

Great service

Matt gave a clear indication of what he could do to remedy the situation. He also indicated potential areas that he may not be able to address (totally within reason). So we knew exactly what to expect. The work was done as specified, and a thorough recap was given by Matt. Note we were not present for the work, but Matt sent photos to clearly show what was done, and asking if we were fully satisfied, offering to return if we were not happy with any aspect of the work, The price was also very reasonable.

Matt was on time, did exactly what he said he would and the results were great. I would use him again and will recommend him to others in need of pressure washing services.

Excellent job

Matt did an excellent job. My townhouse posed a particular challenge in that there was no easy access to water on the back of the townhouse. Additionally, I have a unique layout on my patio. Matt was very flexible and creative as he worked through how to get water to the back of the house. He brought a second, smaller pressure washer to do the patio. He did an excellent job and was very courteous.

AMAZING JOB for the PRICE and RELIABLE TOO! Matt was incredibly responsive; he called when he was stuck in traffic to quote the job, he called to confirm the appointment for cleaning and he showed up when he said he would! They were extremely thorough and even did my wooden gate when I didn't even ask and clean the debris out of the pool. It is so rare to find people who actually return your calls and show up and perform a quality job. I will definitely add them to my short list of amazing service pros!! Way to go Matt and Team!
