RUN from this company! Here's my experience:
Naser Hamidi (owner) emailed the estimate at 7/10/15 at 9:19 p.m. He was supposed to send it 7/9, p.m. I ok'd the dollar amount of the estimate and asked him to bring the itemized estimate when he came on July 11. What he brought was a contract with a lump sum price for the list of items I gave him. I should have known then to walk away. Lesson learned!
July 11 - Naser arrived a little after 11 a.m. I showed him the areas where the work was to be done. He repaired two fence panels and removed an old light in the kitchen and hung a new one. He said he would return on July 14 to complete the remaining work on the fence and to work on some of the other repairs.

July 14 - Naser never showed up or called. I called him at 5:06 p.m. to fine out why. He told me "I got tied up...will be there this Thursday (7/16).
July 16 - Naser arrived at 7:55 a.m. with a painter, Javier. I asked about the fence, and showed him the ceiling where he had removed the old light where a he had pulled a small piece (quarter size) of the paint off the ceiling when he removed it, and that the light he had hung was crooked. Naser said, Oh, we'll fix that. I'll be back later this afternoon", but he did not return that day. The painter replaced two window ledges, patched small areas of the wall around them, removed curtain rods and patched small areas of the walls, patched a small crack in one wall, patched drywall along steps in the basement, and patched the drywall on the ceiling around the light referenced above. The drywall was all around the trim of my new light fixture!.
July 17 - Javier returned to finish the sanding and painting. Naser called to ask if I had purchased the paint for the master bath, and told me "I'll see you later this afternoon." He never came that day and didn't call to say why. Upon inspection of the work Javier had done, I found blue paint spatters on my new hardwood floors, the window ledges he had repaired had rough spots and weren't sealed all the way, and there was drywall and paint on the steps in the basement .
July 20 - No work was done. Naser didn't call.

July 21 - Naser called and left a message for me to call him back. I returned the call twice, July 22 and July 23, with no return call until July 24. He told me "I've been out of town... and will be there Tuesday [7/28] early like before".
July 28 - I told and showed Naser the HORRIBLE work Javier had done, and told him in no uncertain terms that this guy could not do anything else in my home. Naser told me that this was the 3rd home where he had had a problem with Javier's work, and that he had fired him. Naser said he would take care of everything. He said I needed to have the entire ceiling in the kitchen repainted (where the light fixture had been replaced)., and he started re-doing all of the shoddy work Javier had done.
July 29 - Naser arrived early and started re-doing the work. He also painted the master bathroom. I inspected all of the redone work and painting. Not a bad job, but based on other experiences I rate it a C, at best.. Told me he would be back "tomorrow".
July 30 - Naser called around 9:15 to say he couldn't come.
July 31 - Naser arrived at 9:30 to supposedly complete everything, including painting the kitchen ceiling. When he finished, I took a look. White paint where the ceiling meets the walls had white paint too. He asked me if I had the wall paint and he would fix it. I did, but after he did the entire wall touch up, he told me "the paint doesn't match". OMG!!! I asked him why he had painted all of the touch up areas without noticing that. He said "the paint was wet." REALLY! It doesn't take painting 4 walls before realizing there's a problem, at least if you really know your trade. So now, I have to have my entire kitchen repainted.
Finally, after two weeks of waiting and waiting for the fence to be completed, he told me he couldn't fix the remaining part of the fence because of rot. Well, when he inspected it on July 11, he told me it needed to have concrete filled in.
I gave a D rating on price because you get what you pay for. And he didn't finish all of the work (minor items: replace phone jack plate; repair hot water faucet; repair linen closet door that was sticking and not closing completely.
There's much more, but I'm tired of writing. Folks, all I can say is heed Angie's advice when hiring a contractor.
