Initially we were impressed with the finished product and referred them to some friends. Less than a year later, the pavers had moved a good bit and we called them to come out and look at it. Three months we called, and no response. I called two weeks ago and I was fortunate (I thought) when Edwardo answered. I explained our problem and he sent a guy out. When the guy arrived, he said it was bad and immediately started rebuilding the section that had the most problems. It was hot, we watched him for three hours keeping up with supplying him different beverages, wet towels, shaded area to rest and coordinated the work with Edwardo. About an hour into the job, the man broke the electrical wiring to our outside lights, which they had installed. I took photos and send to Edwardo and he assured me he would send the electrician out to repair this guys mistake. The guy proceeded to pour concrete around the plastic light fixtures in error and we send photos again. Now we have two issues. One is the broken electrical line for the outside lights and now we can't take the plastic covers off the lights to replace the bulbs. I called and texted Edwards yet again and he said someone would come the next day (Thurs) to repair lights. We stayed home all day. No show. I texted him again and he said someone would arrive Friday. No show, no call, no texts. I continued to text him daily on the status because I have a broken line, which they admitted to breaking, and no one will respond. My last text to him was 9 days ago and he hasn't responded since Sept. 27. We ended up hiring an electrician to repair the lights, paid out of our pocket but the cement mess is still there. We will have to address that situation later. Sadly, we gave the guy a $50 tip because he worked so hard in the sun, but we could have used that money towards paying the guy who showed up and repaired it. This is the first time I felt compelled to write a review because I don't want to cause a hardship to this family, but it appears they have dismissed the issue they caused at our home and refuse to complete the mess they left us with. If only they would respond to me and fix what them messed up I would change this review.

Overall, very good. Eduardo & his spouse own this business and you need to be patient with him. Getting to the final product may take a few bends & turns, but it's worth it. I'm very pleased with the results! I had him pave my driveway, main entryway & pool deck in the Spring of 2016. He finished around July. But this Spring the seating area around my pool started to collapse. I contacted him & he sent a crew to repair it, even though it was almost 2-years since he installed the pavers. That shows he stands behind his work.

The initial review went very well, and the project manager mapped the area and helped select the right stones. One half of the price was sent as a down payment, with building to start in 3 weeks time. With the rainy weather in Jacksonville, our date slipped by weeks, until we finally had a couple of rain free days. I called the contractor to arrange the work, and they showed up on a Saturday afternoon. 1/2 of the work was completed on that Saturday afternoon by his team. The returned Monday to complete the job, but stated they needed additional material to complete the build since it was more then they had originally stated. As promised they did complete the work on Monday, but there was an additional $500.00 for the additional materials which was nothing more than a few large wall stones, but I guess the labor was also longer. I paid the remainder after a call from the original designer explaining the price difference, which he should have swallowed since his input was incorrect, but we did agree and they were done. The work was very nice and appears to be a quality job, although the sand in the joints was not sealed, and now appears to need more added to fill some gaps. Overall I was happy with the work and it looks just as good as it did in my mind during the planning stages. I would recommend this company, but would make sure to have a signed copy of the contract before putting down any money to assure all sides agree.

The patio and walkway look good and seem to be installed securely. The low parts of this review relate to the unorganized management and communication from start to finish. It became very annoying, and I felt at times that I was working as their assistant--one guy actually texted me to ask if the other one had come to the house, when they left, etc. More than once. Initially, Erich came to my house, gave me an estimate, and took my deposit a few days later by phone. First, he said it would be a couple of weeks before they began. After two days, we were told the job would begin the next day. That was fine, but from that point I felt I was always in the dark about the job. Apparently the crew was managed by someone named Edward that I never met -- and Erich didn't seem to know if they had come to the house on any given day, if they had finished, etc. He would text me to find out of the crew was there; he would find out from me that they were gone and had not finished, etc., and then would tell me he was going to call them. Why was I in the middle of this? After a couple of days of work, Erich asked me by phone to pay the balance due to Edward (apparently he was one of the guys in the yard, but no one ever introduced themselves to me!). The job was not finished, so of course (of course!) I did not pay Edward at that time. The job was not finished for about 6 days after that. Eventually, we were told they were finished and asked to leave a check on the porch. But the patio did not seem to be fully set--there were visible gaps in the sand/grout. After I insisted about 3 times in text messages, someone actually came to LOOK and verify that I was right: there were gaps between quite a few pavers. So the next day another guy came and spent some time pushing more sand into the cracks. I gave him the check but couldn't really talk about the job with him because he did not seem to speak English and was not a supervisor anyway. No one offered us a walk-through of the job when it was done. This was important because: (1) There was a lot of dust and loose base material throughout the yard. Erich came to look at it after we asked more than once and agreed that the job site was left very messy (including tons of dust on our deck and deck furniture that had to be cleaned with soap to come off). He said someone would come by to clean up, but of course no one did because they already had the money. (2) We did not realize there would be an area of paver base extending around the border of the whole patio and needed more information about what to expect of the finished job. In the days before Erich returned to look at the job, we pulled a little of it up when apparently we should not have. Now we have to secure that material again ourselves. A little bit of professionalism would have gone a long way in this case. I work partly from home and was very annoyed to have to deal with all these questions and investigations. If I had been at the office, I'm not sure how the job would ever have been completed. I would not hire this company again because the job itself was really very simple and should not have required so much hassle.

On the whole, all went well. This was an Angie’s List special, so this small company was pretty busy. You have to select and order your own pavers from a separate store. But, the installation went quickly and was done in a day. No issues and a good company to work with. Dealt directly with the owner who also supervised the work.

I was a little worried after reading the other reviews. It did take a little while to get it scheduled. But after talking with Eduardo, he made me understand how busy he is with Angies list and that he was not expecting for so many sales to happen. I have to say the job was well worth the wait. People need to give this man some time and he will deliver. I believe that he just needs some time to catch up. As you can see from the photos it was worth the wait and the price you just can't beat.

It took 3 months of calls and texts before they made it over. They only installed 94 sf of pavers. Still trying to get them back over to finish. I do want to mention that the part they did does look good.

They had to delay one day because of a backup on another job, other than that they maintained contact with me for many months prior to the job as I was not ready for them. Im very happy with them

Eduardo, the owner, responded promptly and provided an estimate with a fair competive price. He gave me a Tremron catalog with paver selections. I also researched them on the Tremron website. I visited the Tremron showroom on Phillips Highway ( near Shad Rd) to see the pavers. The Tremron manufacturing plant is located on the westside of Jacksonville. We scheduled the job for the following week and it was completed in roughly a day and a half. The paver cutter crew member was highly skilled. The paver prep and placement was precise. I couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
