I thought they were good.

All work was completed (exactly as described and agreed to) within 2 consecutive days. Actually, most of the roofing work was done within the first day (a long day) with some finishing work and final cleanup on the second day. The gutter work was completed on the second day within 2-3 hours. The crew of roof workers (about 5 - 6 men) arrived each day before 7:00 AM. They were all very polite and worked extremely diligently. On the first day they worked till dark (around 8:30 PM) with only a brief lunch break; on the second day they finished everything by about 10:00 AM.  From our perspective all of the work was done with high quality and professionally. The company representative stopped by the house several times during the course of the project to make certain that the work was going well and to talk with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the way things were progressing. Throughout the work project, the debris was hauled away. At the end of the project, a final clean-up was done and the representative did a walk around to make certain that all work was satisfactorily completed and that our house area was clean. <br /> <em>Bottom line</em>: We were completely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of work provided by EZ Management and thought that the cost of all of the work that was done was very reasonable. We would most certainly request services of this company again. <br />

Michael Fann repaired the pipes, he caulked all around the chimney pipe. Not only did he do that but there was also some guttering that had fallen down and he put that back up for me. I just expected him to come and do an estimate but he did the whole thing right when he was here. I was just delighted. I am very pleased with his work. Even his appearance was just neat as a pin. He did exactly what I wanted and more at a very reasonable price. He gave me his cell phone number so if there are any other problems I can give him a call. If anyone asks me for a roofer, I am going to recommend him. I couldn't be any happier or give him enough praise for what he did.

EZ Management Service Inc did a great job. They are very busy so call them ahead of time!

EZ Management met me at my house to inspect the roof due to an existing leak. They provided pricing for a repair and a full replacement of the roof as I had requested right after their inspection. They provided me a detailed explanation of what was involved with both the repair and the replacement. Once I had decided to go with the full replacement they met me at my house again to sign the contract and answer any remaining questions that I had. The scheduled the work with-in a few days and accommodated my schedule as well. The roof removal and installation only took one day and I was very pleased with how they had cleaned up after the work was completed. Overall al was very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others. <br />

Excellent job.  Crew of 4 completed the job in one day, plus about an hour or two the next day.  Very quick and did a great job cleaning up and on the entire project <br />

We had plenty of opportunity to see the company in action. Our neighbor selected them to do a re-roof, followed by the neighbor next to them. We received a couple of bids from other companies that were substantially higher, saw the quality of materials and quick work done by EZ Management and decided to go with them. Recently, when a tree damaged our brand new roof (augh!), the company responded quickly to check it out and make a temporary repair. They'll be back soon to finish the repair. <br /> We felt very good about the materials they used and the method of installation. The yard was cleaned up nicely after they were done.  <br />

The sales/operations manager, Mike was very professional &  knowledgeable came to our house, went up the roof, examined the current conditions and wrote up a detailed work order which included removing and hauling current shingles, replacing damaged/rotten plywood and other standard installation work.  Mike was at times funny and humorous never put any sales pressure but showed different options available with shingles and gutters.  After comparing with a few other roofers, we signed the contract with Mike, 2 days later he sent the roofing materials and within a week his staff came, (who worked hard from 7am till 7pm) and did a great job and completed the work in a day and half.  Mike was on site thought the installation and inspected their work.  The crew promptly cleaned up and hauled away all the debris leaving the place as they found prior to their work!

Excellent communication followed by a very hard working and careful crew resulting in a perfect job at the best price after getting quotes from 5 different companies. I would highly recommend.
