Eric is a highly skilled professional with a vast array of knowledge about his work.  <br>He was always on time, and more importantly, took his time explaining our best options. Once we approved, he was extremely meticulous in his work.  <br>We've worked with others who would over spray, rush through the job, and were just plain kill-happy. Eric pointed out the benefits and drawbacks of each option and made sure we understood exactly what he recommended that was the most eco-friendly option yet still highly effective.  

I first contacted EZ Pest Management for bugs on my bedroom window shades.  He gave me an honest answer.  They are from the trees and will go way on their own when the weather cools down, and they did.  Because of his honesty, I called him a few days later and asked him if he could take care of the wasp nests in my backyard.  He came out and did that, but also discovered carpenter ants.  He spent the time to point them out to me.  He came out a third time to spray for the carpenter ants.  Total cost was $85 to take care of the wasp nests, and $300 to spray for carpenter ants.  There is a two year warranty on the carpenter ant treatment.  I will definitely use Erik again. <br />

Eric showed up early and prepped all of his equipment and the space. He was ready to go at 9am with a colleague he was working with. Before starting they addressed all of my concerns and questions and even offered advice on the non-job related parts of my house (i.e. electrical, insulation and roof weaknesses). They gave me a breakdown of everything they would do and a timeline of when they thought they would have it completed. I left for work and told them to call me if there was anything they needed me for. Eric called me to tell me that he had completed the job. He told me not to worry about rushing home to settle up with him and that he could meet me back at the house when I returned from work. I told him that I could pay him over the phone, however he insisted that he do a walk through to show me the completed job to make sure I was satisfied with it. When I returned home, Eric was waiting for me and gave me a run down of how it went. He pointed out all of the things they had done and asked if it met my approval. He then said he would like to put a few bait stations down, free of charge to monitor any rodent activity within the house. <br /> I have used EZ Pest services in the past. They were recommended to me by The Wichita Feed Store when I had a bad flea infestation. He also addressed a squirrel problem in our attic at a house we were renting. When we bought our house, we were unaware of how bad the crawlspace was and were concerned that a pest problem would continue. We were told by an HVAC guy to get it looked at and for our own piece of mind had called several companies to receive quotes. EZ Pest was right in the middle in terms of price, however he was able to answer all of our questions concerning the space and he went down several times to look at things and answer concerns. When we asked him about aspects of his bid, he immediately gave us lots of explanations and sound reasoning for why he was suggesting certain services. We went with him because of his track record with us and his responsiveness. I would whole heatedly recommend them. <br />

Eric has helped us with various extermination issues, and has always been prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly trust and recommend this company.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE. EZ PEST MANAGEMENT LET US KNOW FROM THE START THAT WOODPECKERS ARE ENDANGERED AND ARE PROTECTED. SO THEY SCARE THE WOODPECKER AWAY WITH THE BALLOON UNTIL MATING SEASON IS OVER AND WILL REMOVE THE BALLOON LATER AND RECOMMEND A COMPANY TO REPAIR SIDING.
