EZ Tree Service

I needed to either get my tree cut down or the roots cut from under the sidewalk of the front of my house. Juan Sanchez with Easy Tree Service with phone # 817-378-6099 came to give me an estimate. I found out his name when I called Home Advisor to make an official complaint against his company. They stated they were no longer doing business with Easy Tree Service same phone number. Mr. Sanchez said he could cut the roots and I would not have to cut my tree down. And that it would cost me $600.00. I said ok I will pay you cash, he said great. I specifically asked him not to come to my house until I got home from work which was at 2:30 pm. So I could be at my house when they began the work. On Saturday, October 2, 2021, was when he and another man came to my house. I got off from work got home at 2:30 pm. And found he and another man were already digging up my front yard. I practically jumped out of my car and told him to stop. I explained I have sprinkler heads all over my front yard. Mr. Sanchez said, lady, I know what I am doing and I have already finished the work. I was like what? I looked down into the hole where they dug and saw 2 small roots they'd cut, that was it. I said, is this it? And I said I don't want any problems with my foundation. He said you should not have any problems. And if you do, call me I will come back and do whatever needs to be done. But that won't happen, because I guarantee my work. I said you guaranteed your work? He said yes. So after I paid him the $600.00 cash he left without giving me a receipt. My concrete sidewalk is still coming up and opening. I called and left him several messages. He finally called me back and bitched me out and he called me a liar. He really let me have it, yelling at me on the phone. Said he was tired of hearing from me and that he was going to come and give me my money back. I said ok I will be here expecting you. He said he was not going to come when I am home. That he would leave it in my mailbox. I have a friend who witnessed him yelling at me on the phone. And that’s that he was not on speaker. He never showed up to bring me my money. I texted him to remind him and asked him to please be a person of his word and bring me my $600.00 like he said he would. To this day I still have not received any response from him or my money. I am unhappy with how this all transpired and his unprofessionalism. I am only writing this review because I don’t want other people to get ripped off like I was. Juan Sanchez, I still want my $600.00 back as you stated.

Amazing work! They cut down and hauled off the entire tree brush within a day and came back for an hour the second day for cleanup. Minus the tree, you can hardly tell the we’re there! EZ Tree Service workers even fixed the lawn where logs had fallen. Absolutely amazing work! 10/10 recommend for jobs big and small! We worked out a deal where they hauled off the brush but left me the logs to split and stump to remove. I’m 100% gonna be using them in a couple weeks as the rent the equipment to remove stumps and split the logs. Before and after picture are posted!

Very good, they did everything I asked for and gave me advice on my magnolia tree and lawn. They moved my yard decor and put it all back after all work and cleanup was finished. I will definitely call them back and refer them to family and friends.

Excellent! He came out and gave me a quote so great I hired them and cancelled my other estimates. They came out the next day and did an excellent job on all the trees, honestly its the best trimming my trees have had. I was so happy with this company I am going to use them again for my mom's house.

I cannot give enough stars for this company. They went above and beyond in every way. It is my 85 year old mother’s home on 3/4 acre with many huge oak trees. They trimmed all perfectly. Discovered a tree that was leaning, coming up from ground, and would have fallen on house. Took that down in same visit. Everything cleaned perfectly. They even blew off patios and driveway. All of their equipment is in perfect order. Very fair pricing. I highly recommend. I have before and after photos and would be happy to speak with anyone personally. Leave message. it went great. Workers were friendly and service was professional. Told Edwin what I wanted down with trees and fence and he made it work!! We had Bermuda grass and it was sparce, Edwin layed new sod and we couldn't be happier. I would hire them again in an instant.
