We were very happy with our experience. Dan was very responsive to all our needs. His crew delivered quality workmanship and were prompt at getting the job completed. We had new siding, a new front porch and a patio door installed. I would recommend this company for your exterior home needs.

Very pleased with contractor and windows. Dan met with us personally to discuss the Interstate windows, and Aaron and crew did a great installation. Aaron kept us informed throughout the installation as to what was being done, what was next, and answered any questions. We like the look and features of the new windows vs our old aluminum windows. Quieter and a/c seems to run less. Looking forward to reduced energy bills, especially this winter.

AWESOME! Dan sent me a price (well below competitors) same day I contacted him on a comparable window. On installation day, his team showed up and got right to work. Before starting, they put tarps over my stuff and vacuumed when they were done! The window, superb quality of the installation and overall level of professionalism way exceeded my expectations! Love my new window, will be calling again when I'm ready to replace my doors.

Took a while to get the door ordered but once it was, the response was excellent and quick. They also replaced a bathroom window with a good price.

Our experience with Dan and Zen Windows was positive and stress free from the very beginning! As others have said, Dan was able to give us an excellent quote after a short phone conversation by asking us a few questions and viewing our home through online maps. Once actual measurements were taken, and a little tweaking of the quote due to the location and size of our windows, our windows were ordered. We only had to wait a few short weeks for the installation. The crew of 2 got all 25 new windows installed in just 2 days! They were prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. Starting from the beginning Zen Windows Cleveland is a real breath of fresh air. There was no high pressure sales tactic like some of the other companies we got estimates from. Other than taking 2 months to get the project scheduled, all else went well. The installers were completely professional and made sure to pay attention to the details during and in completing the install.

Dan was very responsive, always getting back to us via emails or phone calls. Our installation of the new sliding door was a challenge as the old door did not want to come out! But the installers worked very hard and did a beautiful job putting in the new one! There was a lot of attention to detail and the door is high quality and very attractive!

I was a bit skeptical at first since the estimate is done completely over the phone, but Dan was very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with the process. Since Dan was so quick to respond every time I contacted him during the initial decision making process, I assumed the quick turn around time and responsiveness would continue, but they fell far short of those expectations throughout the rest of the process. In the end, I am happy with the finished product and installation. I understand they were busy, but time and again they failed to meet the expectations they set and I felt like since I was a smaller job for them (only a sliding patio door), I did not take priority, which resulted in me having to repeatedly contact them to check in on where things stood. If you'd like more details keep reading. As I said, Dan was super helpful and quick to respond when I requested a quote and then had questions. It took a few back and forth communications that all occurred within a day of requesting a quote and I made my decision to go with Zen Windows for our patio door. He listened to what we wanted and even looked at our house on google maps to make sure the style would match our house. I was very impressed with Dan given that my only contact with him was over the phone. I confirmed that I'd like to go with Zen Windows for our door on Apr 5th. Given Dan's track record, I expected to hear back from him very shortly confirming the next steps, but did not hear anything for 2 days, so I contacted him to make sure he had received my email. He had and said that their install guy would be calling shortly to set up a time for him to come and measure. So I waited an additional 2 days and still didn't hear anything. I reached out again and ends up the guy was dialing the wrong area code, so couldn't get a hold of me. We finally got measured, and again I had to reach out to confirm that our order went in and to ask about the lead time. Dan informed me that it would take 4 weeks for the door to come in and we would hear from him then. I did not hear anything for 6 weeks, so again I had to initiate communication to find out what the status was since they did not meet the expectations that they had provided and did not follow up on communicating that it would be longer than the originally quoted 4 weeks. The door was finally installed the 2nd week of June. The installation crew ended up being late, but they worked efficiently and cleanly and were very nice. I am happy with the finished product, but it was a very painful process. I'm very curious what would have happened or how long it would have taken if I had never initiated communications. There is definitely room for improvement in communication post sale.
