Totally satisfied with the windows. Great Service and a competitive price. They skip the in-house sales pitch which was great. Communication is directly with the owner Dan, who is professional and always responded quickly to any questions and issues. Highly recommend.

Dan has a very unique business model. No high pressure salesmen in your home. You call him and he sends a person out to take measurements and find out exactly what you want then give you a quote. Bill is his installer and a real craftsman, attention to detail and a perfectionist. EZ has installed 21 windows, patio slider, and the new entry door over the past year and I highly recommend them.

The. First one they got had crack in glass. They notified and reordered. The new doors came in and installed perfectly

Dan provided a quote on the phone which was fair and accurate.  ( Since there was unknown amount of rot,  Dan gave me an estimate of possible repairs needed) A measurement was done within the week and windows ordered.  <br /> <br /> They replaced the window quickly and left no mess.  I am very pleased with the windows and the service. <br /> <br />

It took them a month to get the windows.  The service was fine and they were very prompt.

Work was done in about a day and a half. Installers were efficient and punctual.

From start to finish, a great experience with Zen Windows. Their process was extremely easy and I didn't have to deal with a high pressure salesman in my home!! Dan was honest and straight forward about his price and his products. I love my new patio door and windows as my old doors and windows were extremely drafty causing cold temperatures in the room they were located in. My wife and I bought a second home here in Louisville in 2013 and one of the first things we wanted to do was replace all the windows. Finally got around to it in 2015 and decided to give Zen Windows Louisville the business. I can't tell you enough how happy we were to have Dan and his crew do our windows. My wife and I have dealt with companies and contractors in the past and have been burned bad. We really liked not having to pay until after our windows were installed. In fact, at first my wife really didn't believe this and was just waiting for some surprise. Fortunately that never happened and Dan, the owner, was with us every step of the way. Whenever we had a question he answered promptly and we never felt any pressure through the whole process. The windows are beautiful and were also the lowest price. We got bids from a couple of other windows companies in the area which quoted lower prices but as we dug more and more we found out that there were going to be additional charges for hauling away the old windows and cleaning up. Dan's price included everything. 5 stars to Dan. Just a great experience. I updated this because I totally forgot to mention the patio door that they installed as well. Quality and service was just the same on the patio door as the windows.
