Ran off with $19,000 of my money! Hired him to do a complete remodel of a home. At first, his communication was great. But after demo, everything went downhill. He gave several failed promises to complete work or deliver the materials I had already paid for; followed by multiple excuses for why none it was happening. Finally, he ran out of excuses and offered a refund. However, it?s been over a month and I still haven?t received any refund. Only a new set of weekly promises and excuses. DO NOT HIRE! We put up a post about him on Facebook and several people have replied saying he did the same thing to them!

One of my investing partners hired him to renovate a house for him. Manny did zero work and took the $150,000 draw and ran off with the money and is refusing to return it leaving the house unfinished and us out $150k. DO NOT HIRE.
