They responded promptly to my request for ridding out of the sewer line on my property. When their work revealed a bigger problem – a root- infested, partially collapsed section of pipe – they proposed a plan and schedule for excavating and replacing the problem section. They were informative and helpful in answering my many questions, handled pulling permits and calling JULIE, and completed the larger job promptly. I have not experienced any further problems with the line. I will definitely contact f3 plumbing for my next plumbing job, which hopefully won’t be anytime soon!

My mother has been dealing with sink issues for years. Eventually, things got bad, and something needed to be done. She was very concerned but the representatives made her feel comfortable that they could fix her problem easily. Not only did they fix her slow running sink that would constantly back up, but the water drains extremely fast with absolutely no issues. She made sure to let friends and family know what an amazing job they did. I would like my mom highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for the great work.

Sam and his team at F3 plumbing were excellent. I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. They preformed the work professionally and efficiently. Within a day they were able to come out and look at my plumbing and equipment. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. Everything looks great and was professionally installed and they hauled away all of the trash. Great company and highly recommend!

I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Good, honest, quick and reliable-what everyone hopes to get in any service these days, but especially a contractor.

I highly recommend F3 Plumbing. They were not only the fastest to respond, but Sam, along with Ron, were also very knowledgeable, consultative, and pleasant to work with. They also were reasonably priced. Sam's son Steve, was also very diligent and did a great job on a challenging project involving replacing a busted cast iron pipe buried in foundational concrete. It was a messy job, but they were very respectful, keeping things clean as they went in and out, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing in the future.

Very prompt response and excellent work ethic. We had scheduled another plumber who did not show up, F3 responded within 30 minutes and was at my house within two hours. They worked hard to clear up a badly clogged drain and it works as good as new now.

Very clogged toilet where my own plunger, nor my snake didn’t work.The plumber had it fixed in what seemed like only 5 minutes flat! I couldn’t believe it. I even used Riddix thinking the enzymes would eat thru the clog, but it only made the situation worse.Excellent plumber!!!
