We were very pleased with the service we received. Everything was explained to us and all our questions were answered. We will definately use again in the future!

The house I bought had a cheap old toilet upstairs that was constantly running and just overall not that good. I was looking to repair it when I found that I had a leak on my shut off that ran all day and caused some water damage. I was going down the list of the service providers in my area (based off rating) and found Fabrizio's to be the first that could come out next day. I asked them to quote me a price for the work, and the first response was that I would save some money if I bought my own toilet. Unfortunately getting a toilet in that short amount of time would not have worked so I asked them to bring one. They estimated being able to be at my house by 1:00 but I got a call early in the day from Frank that said he'd be able to be there an hour early, and to verify the toilet I wanted. Frank showed up right on time, as promised, and looked into the work involved. It turns out that I did not need a replacement valve, it just needed to be tightened (which saved some money), and then he installed the new toilet. Throughout the entire time Frank was polite/professional and very thorough. After the job was done he also gave some free professional advice regarding some other work I would need in the near future, without requiring me to jump through any hoops. I would absolutely recommend Fabrizio's to anyone, and have already recommended them to my father for some work that was needed per my conversation with Frank.

Staff member was attentive and professional. He was knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him to anyone who needed him.

My water heater burst and they can out that day with a new one and replaced it. Very quick and removed the old water heater. I would definitely use again.

Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises.

They were pretty good. There was another $30 charge for a part that was needed. There also was a part under the kitchen sink that was leaking that they had to fix. They didn't fix it correctly. Therefore, they had to come back.

Everything was excellent.  Gregg, the owner,  got the pipes unfrozen and he used insulation to avoid this happening again.  Toilet working perfect!  The bathroom sink was the problem and honestly not what I initially called him for.  I decided since he was there I would just bring it up.  Here the pipes under the sink were rusted as well as the metal stopper that is in the sink to keep water in or drain water out.  An issue I have been dealing with for awhile due to having cancer and chemo.  Too sick to really do anything but without a toilet I needed help immediately.  He came on a Sunday, Valentines day and I only waited a short time for him to get here from New Hope!  The sink is working great!  Didn't know what I was missing....LOL!  I will never have to worry about any plumbing issues now or in the future.  I found the perfect plumber for me.  He was so professional, courteous, and really cared about the situation I was in and did everything he could to make things great for me.  You can't go wrong using this company!  If I am taking the time to write this review then you know how great they are.  This was a good day! <br />

Eric was very courteous, and patiently explained everything. Cleared the line very quickly. Of course this opens up a can of worms as to how the tree roots got into the sewer lines, (Morrisville has a history of Orangeburg Pipe used in sewer lines) but we'll wait and watch.  The entire family was heading to a wedding so I was thrilled we could all take showers!  Very grateful for the professional service. We will use again. <br /> <br />

Called in the morning after fighting with a drain clog. They came out within the hour as promised and fixed the drain quickly.

The service was good

We had all toilets, shower, bathtubs and sinks in house backing up with the sewer! I called in the morning and someone arrived in the early afternoon. The problem was assessed and corrected during the same day. Amazing response time and even arrived on time for the time that was scheduled. The problem was fixed with the service provided.

Replace time was very quick. The price was very reasonable. Very knowledgable people. Would definatly use them again. <br />

We scheduled Super Rooter on the recommendation of our neighbor who has used their services often. Greg came over to look over the job and took his time to make sure there were no surprises. He told us he would have a quote to us in a day and the next day he dropped off a written quote for the work.  <br /> We decided to move forward with them and he gave us a window of 9 to 10:00 am.....but he did inform us that sometimes he get emergency calls and he takes those first. Completely understandable. The day of the work Greg stopped by and said, I just got a call that is an emergency, but will we be able to stop by between 1 - 2pm.....I told him someone would be home.  <br /> Greg & Frank showed up at 1pm and began to do the work......it took approximately 2.5 hours to finish the job. When I went to inspect the work I was very pleased with the results..... the gas line was drilled into a brand new deck so I was a bit concerned, but the job was done right. Not only was the work done right, they cleaned up after themselves <br /> Highly recommended and look forward to using them in the future. <br />

<p>The job was done, but not a great job for three reasons: </p> <p>(1) I purchased Angle's List one-hour coupon.  They spent about 75 min and then charged me for an extra hour.  I thought it was a typical practice but today an electrician came to fix our bathroom fan.  The electrician team spent about 70-75 min but didn't charge me anything more (I also purchased a one-hour Angle's list coupon for the electrical work).  </p> <p>(2) After they finished the job, they pointed out a valve problem, which will take no more than 30 min to fix but they would rather do it next time, which mean charging me for another hour.  </p> <p>(3) The guy who helped the lead plumber was not qualified for the job.  It was me that noticed the powder room pipe's leaking problem because he did not tighten the connectors.  Fortunately, the lead plumber fixed it before they left.  The company definitely needs to give its crew better training before putting them into real work.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />

When my family started to prepare Thanks Giving dinner in the morning, we realized the kitchen sink drain was clogged. After several attempts to unclog it on our own, we decided to call in a plumber, fulling expecting not being able to get one for this type of call on Thanks Giving day. I went on Angies list and saw FABRIZIO'S SUPER ROOTER was at the top of the list with the most positive reviews. I called Gregg Fabrizio and he said he would be right over. We realized he lived in the same town as us. He came over and within 45 minutes cleared the drain. He said it had built up debris through the years and finally closed up, similar to an artery. Anyway, he save our plans to make dinner for our 24 guest soon to arrive. Quick, thorough, reasonable, clean and accommodating. Great job. Nice guy. <br />

Gregg was very prompt and professional.  He did such a great job we just called him back for additional plumbing services.  He will be our on call plumber from now on. <br />
