I have severe depression and have been going through such turmoil in my life lately and I've completely let my house go. "After 3 years of service and never raised his prices. When i sent him the letter informing him about the prices increase. He made a list of all the cleaning supplies and the cost. My letter said im adjusting the prices to be at the fair market value. To the past years salary increases and your the only client that ask to be add to my general liability insurance. The cost for the certificate is $150 per year. What we where cleaning 3bedroom 2bath home and 3 windows inside and out every time. From 2016-2018 he paid $110 for every two weeks. The new prices was $125 which i felt it was not a big increase."

I was a little put off by the price of the first cleaning (deep clean) but after they they finished, I am so glad I hired them. Very professional and hard working crew. I have had housekeepers off and on for several years but this crew cleaned things no other service ever did. Highly recommend them. Have hired them for monthly cleaning now at a very reasonable price.

Excellent. The cleaner showed up a few minutes late, but he REALLY put a lot of effort into the window cleaning, the screen cleaning, AND cleaning out the window tracks!!!! I would have given an "A" in pricing, but I felt a bit overcharged in my Solar Panel cleaning, as they were ground mounted (easy access). It took him about 4 hours to clean the inside/outside/screens windows, and about 20 minutes to clean the solar panels, and we were charged MORE for the solar panels!!! I would hire theme again for the windows!!!!
