Facility Pro Tech installed a new AC unit and airhandler at my Mom's house in Orlando last summer. <br /> The other day my Mom called and said that the heating portion of the unit wasn't working. <br /> I contacted Facility Pro Tech and within 3 days they had come out and performed the minor repair to the heating strip to get it working again.  It was all covered under warranty. <br /> <br />

I have been trying to contact this company, Walter in particular for months.  He does not return phone calls or emails.  They installed an automation system in my home that stopped working within 1 week of them leaving the final time.  A job that should have been one visit, turned into multiple visits.  According to the manufacturer, they installed cameras that were never meant to be installed out doors.  Florida rain was not kind to them.  I had additional electrical work due to their mistakes.  Had to hire a locksmith.  Purchase additional wifi equipment.  And still have a non working system.  This was a complete waste of money.  I waited to post this review in hopes that they would try to redeem themselves but to no avail...  <br />

My unit was starting to fail so I purchased the deal. They came out, reviewed the unit, and explained the programs that they had. They didn’t try to sell me anything that I did not need. There were additional costs because I needed an adjustment in the electrical system and readjustment in the exhaust system which was not included in the deal. I felt that the costs for the work were reasonable. They did a very good job and were extremely professional. They cleaned up well after the installation was complete. I am very happy with the system and it is more stable than the unit that I previously had. It was a wonderful experience! I am very happy with their service.

Excellent service, very attentive and exceptional after care. Walter arrived exactly on time. He spent a long time installing all the components and he has worked with me since to make sure everything is up and running properly. He is always at the end of a phone call or email if I have any questions and is very knowledgeable about the system and the various products. I have already recommended him to several friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him for any/all future projects. Thank you Walter, for providing good old fashioned REAL service, a very pleasant change in this day and age. <br />

Did an okay job checking condition of unit I guess.  He decided it needed a capacitor and installed it but changed his mind and decided that maybe I didn't need one and so didn't charge for the one he installed.  He wasn't sure whether my system was installed properly or if something was disconnected.  Perhaps I am wrong but that's the way it seemed.  He may be right that that unit wasn't installed correctly.  I have no idea, except it was working well as far as cooling the house prior to the time that he serviced the unit. <br />

Walter was great. Very responsive. Our a/c went out and they had a new one installed within 2days!! <br />

It went very well. He was here and upgraded both of my air conditioners. They're working great. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were very, very good. They were here when they said they would be. I didn't have to wait around.

The job that was done was exemplary, and Joe, the person who completed the service, was just an extremely nice guy with which to work.  I told him I would have Facility ProTech back for anything else I had A/C related.   The only reason for the B on 'Responsiveness' was because of some difficulty I had in getting an A/C filter after the service.  I had to leave a couple of messages at the shop and did not get those calls returned.  When I did finally reach someone at Facility ProTech, there was an immediate apology for the delay and they went out of their way to make it right (hand delivering the filter to my work that same day).  When I see a business display such a concern about their work product, I feel comfortable that they care about what they are doing and that this was just an isolated fluke--nothing more.  Facility ProTech is certainly worth recommending, and that's why I don't hesitate in ranking them an 'A' overall. <br />

They did a very good job. They came out the next day after I contacted them for the work.  Joe was very nice, helpful, and courteous.

Was a little late in getting there, but called to let me know that he was running late.  Once he got here want about doing his job.

Ken came from FPT checked out unit-No problem. 50 dollar charge, answered all my questions. Very courteous. Strangely/following month gas bill was less then last year.

Excellent! Thorough! On-Time! Fair!  These are just some of the words I would use to describe my experience with Facility Pro Tech.  We needed our old AC and furnace system replaced.  Our energy bills were out of this world and our house wasn't adequately cooling or heating.  In the phone consultation, I explained what was happening, and what I was looking for:  a reliable system that would cool/heat our house efficiently.   I spoke with both Greg and Don and they asked great questions, finding what was important to me and talked me thru options.  They offered to come out and inspect my old system to see if there was something they could do to improve it.  I appreciated that they wanted to give me a cost-efficient solution to the problem. <br /> They worked with me to find a time for the appointment that worked in my schedule.  A very knowledgeable technician arrived on time and I was impressed on how professional he and his truck looked.  (I don't like it when I'm greeted with stained hands or dirty clothes, or the truck looks like its on it's last legs!)  He inspected my old system, gave me an estimate to fix it, and also the truth about how long I could expect it to last (Not much longer).  He was prepared with quotes on other systems and took the time to talk us thru the pros and cons of each option.  He also pointed out Government rebates and tax incentives that we were not aware of.   We decided on a system and felt the price was competitive to what we had researched.   <br /> We paid 1/2 in downpayment for them to order the system.  I liked that I was informed of the status of the delivery.  I felt like they took it upon themselves to communicate with me before I felt the need to call them and check.  Once they had the system, we made a service appointment.  They told me how long they would need and talked me thru the process so I was prepared.   They arrived as scheduled and two very nice, very competent technicians proceeded to remove my old system and install the new one.  Then they installed the new thermometer.   I was impressed that they cleaned up after themselves and took all the garbage/boxes/old system away without a trace.  <br /> We have completed a complete Florida year and I can report that my system works great as described, I have seen a 50% drop in electricity bills, and we have a cool house when wanted and a warm house when needed.  Thank you Greg, Don, Walt and all the great guys as Facility Pro Tech!   <br />
