Dwayne was very professional & diagnosed the problem quickly! The only thing I didn’t appreciate was that no shoe coverings were worn especially when there was still snow on the walkway & it was tracked in my house! Don’t mean to sound petty because this was the only downside! Overall, very happy customer & would Definitely recommend!
