Once I shut out all of the sales pitch noise and concentrated on the product and pricing, it was a better experience in choosing Factory Direct to replace my 9 windows. After the sales phase was completed the installation and follow up phase began. Both were stellar. Tony, the installer, was careful, detailed and very professional. Great experience from start to finish. Nicole was very professional and accommodating. Nathan explained everything very well and showed me the window I would getting and how it worked. They kept me updated every two weeks on the progress of the project. Once the windows were ready I was scheduled for Installation that same week. Tony did a great job.
