We repair all types roofing designs which include shingle roofs, all flat roofs, and metal roof maintenance. Facia and soffit repair and installation of maintenance-free aluminum cladding and siding. We replace and repair all types of gutters systems. Chimney flashing replacement is also one of our specialties. Chris was great. He want the extra mile to perform the work expected and a few additional items that were not part of the service I originally requested. And he did not charge me extra. Would definitely use his services again.

He took pictures of the roof areas that needed to be fixed and gave me a fair quote on the spot. He went right to work and was very professional. One suggestion I have is to contact him directly via phone instead of using the Angie's List messaging system. He was very responsive by phone. Thanks Chris for fixing the roof! We'll definitely call you in the future.

Chris was excellent. He was professional and knowledgeable. Very responsive. I had a leak in the corner of the master bedroom which had stained. I described the problem and location to Chris. He was able to pinpoint the source rather quickly without going in the attic. He showed me pictures of the problem and described how that type of problem occurs. Chris repaired it as well as checked for/repaired other loose shingles. Chris also cleared the gutter and tighten gutter spikes without being asked. He suggested that I pencil around the stain. If the stain passes the pencil mark, it would signal that there is still a leak. So far, no leak! While he was on my roof, Chris noticed a problem with my neighbor's roof and took pictures so I could show her. I would definitely contact Chris if another issue occurs and highly recommend his service. <br>

Chris's estimate beat everyone else's who came to the house or just looked at the house remotely via Google Earth by about $4000-$9000, and because we were in a quick time constraint, Chris was able to work with us, barring the weather. Chris and his crew did a great job! Cleaned up well after themselves, and were very accommodating to our scheduling needs. There were a few can-lights that were jostled loose in the kitchen ceiling from the banging and movement up above the rafters, and I had to have a contractor come in to fix those (so Professionalism is just an A-, not a true B, but the Angie's list scale doesn't account for minor points). Overall we were very pleased with the service, and the estimate. the final cost was just a bit higher (approx $150) for more plywood that he'd anticipated would need replacing. If I had another house that needed a roof in VA, I would use Chris for it. I wish he worked in the new state we moved to. Thanks, Chris!!! <br />

Within an hour of my sending Chris a message via Angie's List, he called me to find out what I needed done for our townhouse's roof. That was on Jan. 28. He called me again on Feb. 1 to set up an appointment to come inspect the roof. On Feb. 3, he had Mario stop by. I showed Mario the water stains on the ceiling under the roof leak (so he could match it with the suspected leak on the roof) and showed him several nails popping out from our gutters. Also showed him where we had icicles form the previous week. He did not go up on the roof since it was drizzling (i.e. not safe to do so). The next day (Feb. 4), Chris and Mario came back over, did the exterior inspection, told me all that needed to be done, got supplies, and did the work the same day. <br /> My next-door neighbor had recommended Chris to me. I am very happy that he did. Chris was very professional, friendly, and knows what he is doing (same for Mario). I will call them again if I need roof repairs in the future. <br />

Didn't really feel there was much value from the cost of the service. Felt the provider was trying to take advantage of my status as a new homeowner. <br />

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry you feel this way. I have 20 years experience roofing houses in Northern Virginia and honestly your roof has hail damage and if I remember correctly you knew there was damage from your home inspection. Every time I find hail damage I tell the customer they might want to contact their insurance company. Contractors who push try to make you sign a document allowing them to deal directly with the your insurance company instead of the homeowner. All I did was tell you about it. When people buy the $199 deal it's completely out of my control as to the problems I will find and the work I performed was all you needed. If I was dishonest I would have tried to bill you extra for something you didn't need but that's just not who I am. So saying I tried to take advantage of you is just plain wrong. I have a spotless reputation since 2002 when I went in business. My company has the best prices with the best quality period."
