to a cockroach name J. Cirot. (Manager) This guy was so dismissive and didn't care about the fact that they are misleading people. I signed up for service with Fairway Green after a door-to-door salesperson told me my first lawn treatment would cost $26. Based on that representation, I agreed to the service. After the treatment was completed, I received a bill for more than $84. When I called to ask why the charge was so much higher than what I was told, I was informed that an additional treatment had been applied. However, I was never told that additional services would be performed or that my bill would exceed the advertised $26. During the conversation, I was told that regardless of what the salesperson had communicated, I was still responsible for the full amount. I found this response frustrating because the discrepancy originated from information provided by the company's representative. The call ultimately ended without any meaningful resolution. Somebody fire this guy.

The gentlemen that came to provide the estimate was polite and thoroughly explained the process in a understanding manner. Customer service was excellent in every contact with this company.

Only company that came out NEXT DAY or even offered to come and look at my lawn before providing me a quote. Loved O'Brian his friendly approach along with knowledge made this decision super easy! It's been only 3 days and they already came out to start treatment Will definitely recommend and hire again.

It didn't go well. We changed lawn care services last month to Fairway Green. They bid on the job and offered an amount that was only slightly more than the previous service. We went with Fairway Green, but they doubled our cost when they charged for the first treatment. We called. It wasn't a mistake they claimed. So we cancelled the service after the first treatment.

Started service in the fall of 2019. I was originially told my lawn service would be $38 per month starting in 2020 if I paid the entire year of service in full. After multiple phone calls, emails and conversations, home office could never get the pricing corrected. Insisted on charging my at first $45 and then lowered to $41 but never honored the original pricing.

They were very prompt in responding and the serviceman that showed up was knowledgeable and informed about what to expect. He also helped me by informing me how much and when watering should be done for my specific situation.

They started doing my lawn. I think this is the second treatment. What has been happening is around my house the grass is dying. He took care of it this time, he said The price is good and they call you and figure out what's going on. They really try. They talk to you. I am going to wait and see what happens with the grass around the house. The grass itself looks beautiful. He said that there isn't shade on that side of the house, that is not their fault. When I first called them, the man was very good and his price is better than most people. They responded very quickly. The man was very nice and very kind. They call you before they come out. If you tell them you don't want them to do it, they won't do it. It is just very good. When I was looking for someone else to treat my lawn, this man came out first, before anyone else. He gave me the whole run down of the company. There was no waiting time and the price was good. He was quick to answer. He was able to stop, talk and explain what was going on. They just come in and do the work. They have been very good. They call me before the come. Last time when they called and said they were coming. I listened for them to drive in from the North side. I don't know which side. He came out and looked at it. He talked to me. He was telling me what he was going to do. He said I might have to put some rocks down there because apparently it is not getting any sunshine on that side or whatever. That is the last thing that he did. Was stop, talk and explain.

My yard always looks good, Fairway Green has been servicing my lawn for almost two years. They effectively killed off my nutsedge, per my request. Unfortunately some overspray killed some of my good lawn also, Our technician immediately contacted his office and within a short time was offered a very good solution. Their commitment to service is refreshing. The next day I was contacted by their biling person and was credited full price for my treatment while we were on the phone, Excellent service is normally a catch phrase. But Fairway Green has it going on. Thank you, JT, Toshha and Kenny.

I have used Fairway since I moved into my house in 2014.  The service in the beginning was a little rocky but the branch manager always called and was very knowledgeable about the service and our grass.  This most recent visit, I received the standard treatment and a bill which had a standard printed Early Summer Service Treatment description and a handwritten note "applied cnd 3 app".  I noticed that my lawn had some brown patches right after the treatment and called to discuss.  I left a voicemail and never heard back until a few days later when the Operations Manager came out and left a property evaluation with a thorough description of what he saw and what may be issues including the possibility that we may need to have a fungicide treatment.  This is all good information to know but I was wondering why this was not on my service invoice so I left another voicemail asking why the tech did not mention anything at all about the lawn or any potential issues.  I did not hear back from anyone so I called today and fired them. <br />

They're just somebody that we found so we started using them. They didn't really stand out a whole lot. Their job went well.

I initially contacted them after seeing how great my neighbor's lawn looked.  They sent someone out to measure the lawn, he was friendly and gave me a per-service charge amount at that time.  They always call the day before to make sure they can service the lawn and to let me know so I can keep our large dog inside, and make sure that I haven't just done anything that may interfere with the planned treatment.  They leave a bill and I mail them a check after the service, after a few months they sent me an annual signup where I can just prepay for a year at a time and receive a small discount.  They occasionally send other promotional offers for other services such as reseed and aeration and I have used them for this as well.  The person who comes out sometimes deviates from the "standard" scheduled service to tailor the treatments to my lawn's current state and leaves written comments on the receipt to let me know any deviations, problems noticed etc.  My lawn is looking much better and I have been happy with the service provided. <br />

We used Fairway Green for the past couple of years for weed control and were quite satisfied until last fall. There was a miscommunication and someone mistakenly killed off a large part of our yard.  The manager did call right away to tell us what happened, and we agreed they would come out and aerate and reseed at no cost. No one became angry, we were very understanding of the mistake and simply asked that we get something in writing as to how the problem would be resolved. We never did receive anything in writing.  Prior to reseeding the manager was supposed to come to the house to see how much of the yard was affected. To the best of our knowledge that did not happen, if it did he did not let us know and did not arrange to meet with us. <br /> Due to an unusually warm winter the yard started to come to life early and by the end of February we were waiting for someone to come out for a treatment. The yard was full of weeds and looked awful.  I ended up calling to request treatment and was told they were not sure we wanted to continue on with them.  I found that odd since we never actually had that conversation, in fact, we were giving them the benefit of the doubt and had expectations they would do what we originally hired them to do which is treat our yard. I arranged with the manager to have them come spray the weeds right away and was told a week later they would follow up with a second application most likely, that he would call us to meet us at the house to see if we wanted to continue to use their service. After a few days no one came out, so I had to call again. The next day the yard was sprayed, and we have not heard from anyone since. <br /> Today, May 15 2012 I got a call from our usual tech saying he would be out tomorrow for our application.  I told him not to bother, we were not going to continue to use them.  We have found the level of service and follow up from management to be very unacceptable, we will not use this company again and will not refer them.  The way we found Fairway Green was through a referral, and it was suggested to us that we call the main office to complain. We elected not to do that, I explained to the tech what the problem was and why we would not continue with their service. He seemed genuinely concerned and was unhappy that we had that experience.
