They come several times a year and treat the yard. Things are fine.

VERY WELL. AN EMPLOYER SPECIFIES A SET OF JOBS WHICH FAIRWAY CARRIES OUT EACH AT A LISTED PRICE.

They skipped a service then billed us for it. They admitted that they probably didn't come out, but they had no records showing if they did or didn't. It was easy to get the charge taken off, however it took a while to contact the company. No one answered or returned our messages. Our weeds were so bad that we ended up getting a notice from our HOA. So it was very frustrating that they skipped a service and it took a while for them to come back out. I also discovered that they only spray for broad leaf weeds. I asked the technician that sprayed our lawn about grassy weeds and he was very evasive and wouldn't directly answer if what he sprayed took care of the grassy weeds. When we called the company they admitted that they only spray for broad leaf weeds. The price was really cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for. I just wish they had been more honest about what weeds they were spraying and trying to bill us for an application that we never received. It sounds like they don't have a good record keeping system. I would not recommend them and would never use them again.

The day I placed the order I received a call and they ask me would be a one time application. I said yes it would be. He than started to explain to me that a one time application you would see very little change and that it would take several application to see any change. I said I only want one application. I never heard from the company again. So I am requesting a refund do to the fact they were to call be prior to any work to be done. I explained to him that I would need to unlock the gate to let the technician in the backyard.

They did an aeration for us a couple years ago. That's how I got them in the first place, and they had some coupons. Then they talked to us about doing the regular lawn care. They don't mow or anything. They do the chemical treatments and aeration.  <br /> <br /> We're on a yearly service with them. They come out 6 to 8 times a year. We are still satisfied. The communications have been a little slow but otherwise everything else is an A.

It was pretty good. They were good. There were no unexpected issues.

Work was performed as expected.

Purchased mosquito treatment package on Angie's List. No noticeable reduction in mosquitoes, even the same day they come out. Have had them come out to retreat the yard, but it is pointless...still have mosquitoes. The last time the tech came to retreat, he said that they were switching to a new formula. It did not help. Very disappointing.
