well. Price for coolant was fair.

Showed up on time but did terrible job. Did not clean out drain tube resulting in water backing up onto my utility floor. Did not clean out a/c exterior unit. Also indicated my condenser fan motors bearings were shot resulting in a lot of play in the condenser fan. Had to get another contractor

Not so good for me. They were very nice and tried but could not really help me.

Great. Angel was courteous, prompt & professional.

They came out and looked over the A/C unit. I told him it makes a very loud banging when it starts up and that the company who installed it told us that was normal and it was working fine. Once he was done cleaning the unit, he went to restart it and it tripped the breaker. So he took it apart and found that when it was installed, someone had pinched a wire, cutting the insulation and causing it to short out on the frame of the A/C unit. He fixed that, reassembled the unit and restarted it. It's still a loud start, but not nearly as loud as it was. He informed me that our A/C is a builder grade model and unfortunately it's not the best on the market so it's going to be louder than we would like. Once he was done working on the A/C, he came in and took a look at our furnace to make sure it wasn't hooked up wrong also. Definitely will be calling on Faithful again.

The technician ran out of the parts I needed that day (my appointment was early evening). But he promised to be back the next day and he lived up to his word. Fixed my unit and my AC works great again.

So far so good! The AC goes on without a problem.

The written report was thrurogh. No problems observed.

He ended up not only selling us a new A/C unit (on sale) but gave us an amazing deal to replace the furnace at the same time. The installation took longer than I expected - but I was provided logical reasons for the time AND the poor guys did some of the work in the pouring rain. We've only had the new system for a couple of days, but I am confident that it will be an upgrade from our previous system - especially when they said "Feel Free to call us any time, and by 'feel free' I mean definitely call us if you have any questions or issues"

It went so well, we'll definitely hire Faithful again even without an Angie's list deal.

Went great! They were able to provide a quick fix for our air flow problem and give us a heads up that our air conditioner may be on its last leg.

Angel and Angel (los dos Angelos) were polite, communicative and respectful. Nice guys-will use again.
