I cannot say enough wonderful things about Faithful Roofing and Masonry. Martino and his team did a remarkable job on my home. In just about four days, they replaced damaged wood on my roof, installed beautiful new shingles, and completed the siding on the front of my house. The materials are high quality and everything looks like it will last for many years to come. The craftsmanship truly speaks for itself. I am so thankful that Martino and I crossed paths. Martino was respectful, punctual, and completely true to his word. He explained every step of the process clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. I especially appreciated how he used drone technology to show me detailed before-and-after pictures — that level of transparency and professionalism meant so much. very nice guy upon speaking on the phone , came right out given my estimates for damage that was done to my gate and garage…. first time they came out we had an issue due to miscommunication…. when i expressed how i wasn’t happy … he was still very polite and corrected the issue promised he fixed it and a few weeks later he reached back out and told me the gate was completed and i am very happy with it and i appreciate him being a man of his word! i will definitely reach out even recommend him to other people in the future thank you again for great customer experience!

The project that was perfected was replacing my roofing … the job was done excellent and my roof looks amazing really complimented the design of my single family townhouse.. Both Martino and Victoria are very spiritual and believe they’re here to do God’s work, and I could really feel that in how they treated me. Contractor Martino was very professional and relatable. He also pays attention to detail of the work performed. I really appreciate the contractor for correcting his workers on little details before I said anything. To me, that displays real integrity. I am very satisfied with the completed service.
