They were here 2 days. They were late both mornings (1.5-2 hours). They had agreed to move furniture which turned out to be shoving 2 dressers and the bed into the center of the room and working around them. There were no drop cloths place over the furniture. Turns out there were several layers of wallpaper on the walls and they had a hard time getting it off. Lots of places where the wall came off with the wallpaper and would need to be filled and sanded before painting. I was told it would cost another $200 to do this; which I agreed to. All this happened on the first day. On day 2 they came in and started sanding the walls. Unfortunately they had a problem with their shop-vac attachment to their sander and I ended up with dust floating down the staircase and into my diningroom and livingroom. They fixed the problem with the sander, finished sanding and painted. They washed out their brushes and rollers IN MY BATHTUB! They packed up their gear and left without saying a word to anybody. The bottom line is this: I had to hire a cleaning crew to help me clean up the mess. It took them 4 hours on a Friday afternoon to remove the dried wallpaper and glue, the drips of paint and all the sanding dust from my woodwork in bedroom, hallway and staircase AND OFF MY FURNITURE! They also graciously helped me move the furniture back into position so I could sleep in my bedroom that night. 2 of the crew came back the next day (a Saturday) and helped me clean the diningroom, livingroom and bathroom. The company owner texted and asked when he could come and pick up his check and I gave him a time on Sunday. The final bill was $1491.00 which included the supplies and paint. I deducted the cleaning charge of $225.00 and paid him. I had pictures on my phone of the mess his crew left behind and I sent them to his phone at his request so that he could use them in a discussion with his crew. I also told him he could not use me as a reference and that I would be leaving this review. He has tried to sweet talk me into NOT leaving this review by offering me a gift card of $100.00 or by painting another room for free. Not gong to happen. In the days since I have found places where the paint was so thinly applied that I could see the original paint color thru it and I find myself touching up those areas as I find them.

Everything was done perfectly Bobby and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. They are easy to work with, friendly and determined to make your project look GREAT!

This is my second time hiring this company and it was wonderful! I am more then happy for all of the work that they have done and plan to refer and hire again for future projects. They are extremally well at communication through out the whole process and always included in me in on what was being done that day and any problem that accrued was brought up and discussed. Thanks again you all for making my home look like it should!

Bob did a wonderful job installing Schluter trim around our shower niche. He was very meticulous and took the time to make the installation look perfect. I highly recommend Faith Home Remodeling.

The team did an amazing job and I will be hiring again for additional projects. We had carpet installed onto our basement steps. Vinyl plank flooring installed in the kitchen, and some deck repair work. They came in and got to work and completed the project in one day. From the initial consult Bobby has been available and honest with us about the scope of work. We had a good experience and are more than pleased with the work

Very well. I think their finishing needs improving but they work hard and try to please. I am very please with the three of them and look forward to doing more business with them.

Contractor team led by Bobby tore out my existing tile shower, re-waterproofed the space, then tiled and grouted a new complex tile arrangement. While the shower did go in successfully, I had the following issues: 1) They damaged (broke) some of the floor tile, which I discovered after final payment. They offered to replace it if I can find the proper tile. neither the contractor nor I were able to find a matching tile therefore I elected to leave this broken. 2) They reinstalled the shower controls and head incorrectly so only the overhead flow works, but not the handheld which should be able to be toggled to. Lost pieces of the shower. And so there was like a flow control feature, that wouldn't work. We reach out to the manufacturer and thought they knew which part was based on like the video we sent them and they sent us that part and didn't work because I ended up having to buy an entirely new shower which cost me like 300/350 and I put it up myself. The contractor like did offer to pay for it but like ultimately I decided just like it was fine, 3) At each stage they asked me to go hunt for tile and/or accompanying products. Overall they got the job done, but it wasn’t great work and I’m going to have to pay another pro to fix some of the things that these guys did. Overall they got the job done . And took some extra time to remediate . Issues. They were very communicative and worked with me to remediate the problems. That were reasonable to fix. And therefore I consider working this contractor again.

Faith home remodeling did a fantastic job on the exterior of my house! I am more then happy with the new look and color of the house.
