All service from this company was quick and efficient. My garage door was binding so badly that it was almost impossible to open or shut it anymore. After entering a description of my problem online, I received a call from Family Christian Doors within two minutes - telling me that they could have a technician out to my house between 12 noon and 2:00 PM that same day. The technician, Joshua, arrived at 1:00 PM and quickly analyzed the problem - explaining exactly what service and materials were needed to make my garage door work smoothly once again - and how much it would cost. He also informed me that he had all the materials with him and could have the job done in about 2 hours. I signed the consent. He wasted no time and had the job done within the specified time. - which involved replacing the old, antiquated spring system with the updated spring system now used on garage doors. The door now works better than when it was brand new. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Joshua.

I replaced my garage door motor only to find out I needed my tension springs replaced as well.. Neff came out within 3 hours of me filling out my request on angi’s list. He replaced my springs, a frayed cable, tightened up my hinges and helped me finish setting up the new motor all in less than 2 hours! 10/10 would recommend

Joshua, the technician, expertly installed a torsion conversion kit so that my dad’s garage door would be compatible with the new opener that Joshua also installed. It took some time because it was a big job. I am grateful that the company completed the job the same day I started the project on Angi. Joshua was very respectful and explained the details behind the installation to my satisfaction. He had to balance keeping me informed by text/phone and ensuring that my dad was comfortable with the process. It’s not easy having two bosses on a job. Lol. My dad is elderly and this new opener will be a game changer for him. He’s never had one in the garage in the 50 years he has lived in the house. I would hire Family Christian Doors again. I highly recommend this company.

My experience was very poor, the first installation was made last 8/24/2021 for the garage door opener that has been broken and damaged but they refused to give a warranty on the repair that needs done on my garage door opener, the next installation was 5/21/2022 the garage door opener has been broken again, I was charged a thousand dollars for the first and second installation but no warranty guaranteed that time and now they area asking for $1600 for them to repair my garage door.

We are so pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. My 27 year old garage door went off the rails on a Tuesday morning. I called and they had someone out that same day to diagnose issue. As old as garage door system was, it really just needed to be replaced. They were able to get new garage door replaced on Thursday. WOW! The installation looks fantastic. The work was perfect. From the folks who spoke to me for scheduling, the super nice guy that did the estimate, and the two guys that did such an amazing and fast job - under 2 hours - the service was top notch from beginning to end.
