Excellent, spotless and thorough.

I called Family Cleaning and the owner came out, with his lovely daughter, that very same day. We walked through the property and I described what I was looking for - I wanted it as clean as my mom's house. Edgar assured me they were up to the task. He gave me an incredibly reasonable price, to the point I was actually suspicious. They cleaned the house two days later. I was not disappointed, they did a fabulous job. Once the renovation and painting is completed, I will ask Edgar to go through the house again. I have since given his number out to friends and coworkers.

I can't even begin to explain how amazing our house looked after Family Cleaning came over - I just walked around the next day admiring everything. They cleaned things that never even occurred to me to clean and now the whole house pops. I will definitely use them again. Edgar was super easy to schedule with (and really nice about me being 30 minutes late to our meeting!). 5 stars all around.

They are really thorough

Edgar and his team are amazing at their job. We tried a few cleaners before finding Edgar, and they didn't do nearly as good a job as Edgar does. He and his team are always friendly when we happen to bump into them and they have always taken great care with our home. Edgar is also very flexible; I have young kids and that means they're often home from school due to in-service days or sickness. If we can't get out of the house on a day Edgar is scheduled, he always kindly reschedules. One constructive suggestion is for them to give a better timeline. Edgar will say he'll come "Tuesday" but for some families with young kids, we need a specific time window so we can schedule naps/etc around it. So perhaps saying he'll be there "between ___ and ___ o'clock" would be more helpful. And if something comes up to change that time, to send a text to let us know. We can be as flexible as Edgar is, but we just need information to be flexible. Edgar and I have spoken about this a bit and I've seen an improvement. We are very very happy with their work and recommend them to many of our friends. One, a mom who just had her third baby, hired them and they cleaned her home yesterday. She came home ecstatic. Their work is excellent. Highly recommend them.

Very thorough, nice and trustworthy.

Their cleaning is wonderful, it is very thorough. They are extremely honest people. I never had to worry about anything. I had lost a gift card and they found it and they returned it to me. I would recommend to anybody.

I've been very happy with them. They're extremely thorough, for example they move things and dust under things. I always feel that they clean my house well and very thorough, and they do it very consistently. My house is large and takes some effort clean but they do a great job.

I have been using Family Cleaning USA for bi-weekly house cleaning for almost 10 years. They have always been reliable and do a good job. They do a very thorough job in the kitchen and bathrooms and dust, vacuum and mop the living areas/bedrooms. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Leaves house clean, they will let you know if you are running out of cleaning supplies, and have never had a problem trusting them with my home.
