I was worried it was going to hurt. I sat with the hygienist and she went over the numbing procedure and how it was going to work. It was a lot easier than I expected. The shot didn't even hurt and she was really sweet. I saw Dr. Kristy for the crown and she and her assistant were very nice, they made lovely small talk and I actually walked out of there having a good day. My crown feels great and it was awesome that I didn't have to wear a temporary crown like at my last dental office, they cemented my permanent crown the same day. I was very pleased with the beautiful office and friendly staff.

I like that they are very pleasant people. There is no long wait. I never had to wait too terribly long. She explains whatever problem you may have. She just takes the time with you. The office and the staffs are very professional. I never had any problems. I never had any major problem, but any concern that I had, they had taken cared of them. I have insurance and they turned it in to the insurance and I never had any problems. My daughter goes to her and half the department where I work goes to her.

First dentist I've ever liked. The practice is made up of three sisters. Staff are friendly and professional. The office has state-of-the-art equipment. I have been going there for 10+ years and have recommended the practice to many friends. <br />

Dr. Kristy Fisher saw me as soon as I arrived. I have been seeing her for 4 years and have never had to wait. She sent me to have an X-ray. At first she thought she might get away with repairing the existing filling, bit once she got into it, realized I would need a crown. This is the really amazing part! She prepared the tooth for a crown, took an impression and made a follow up appointment to put on the permanent crown for two and a half hours later. I arrived back for my appointment and within 30 minutes, I had my permanent crown on and was on my way. It feels great! <br /> <br />My previous dentist told me I needed over seven thousand dollars worth of dental work. He performed three thousand dollars worth of work and wanted to start on the additional crowns. I decided to take a break at that point and never went back. My husband was seeing Dr Kristy''s sister, so I decided to give the practice a chance and am so glad I did. Today was the first work I've had done in four years of seeing her, so clearly, she doesn't do work unless it is necessary. I have gone every six months for cleanings and it has never been suggested that I have any work done. <br /> <br />Dr. Fisher is so kind and her staff is great. I highly recommend Dr. Kristy Fisher to anyone looking for a dentist. You won't be sorry! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

I went to Family Dental Care 3 or 4 times.  The care I received there was adequate.  They have a nice, new-ish office with a lot of the latest dental gadgetry.  Beyond that, I was underwhelmed.  I don't think I ever saw the same hygienist twice.  It simply isn't very personal.  I always felt like they were trying to sell me something...Invisalign, bite guards, etc.  I don't go to a dentist for a sales pitch.  I finally decided to go elsewhere, so 10 days prior to my last appointment, I canceled.  They sent me a bill for $25 for a missed appointment.  Summary: the dental care is passable, everything else is 'meh', at best. <br />

I think they are fast, very friendly and very professional. It's a group of three sisters that are very knowledgeable.

I showed up for my appointment they got me in quickly and the teeth cleaning was professional and painless. I would return again if I only had to deal with the clinician who did my teeth cleaning.. <br /> I made my next two appointments during that visit and was looking forward to having my teeth cleaned regularly. I made a a 3 month and 6 month appointment at their recommendation. I had to cancel my 3 month appointment and contacted them more that a week before my appointment to cancel it. They thanked me and I thought nothing of it. <br /> I few weeks later I received a bill for my missed appointment. I called to talk with them about it and the person I reached was very unpleasant and acted as though I was trying to get something for free. It took her 4 tries to even find me in their system to see my records. She informed me the appointment was never cancelled and was rude about it. I suggested that when i called before they took my name and told me it would be cancelled and perhaps they couldn't find it when they eventually tried to look it up to cancel it and since they had no phone number they just gave up. She informed me that she would remove the charge but in the future I should make sure that I cancelled my appointments. I took her advice and cancelled my future appointment as well with her since I had her on the phone. <br /> I have little tolerance for bad service considering that there are plenty of businesses out there that will provide great service. Consumers should take their business to where the get great service. <br />

I have never had to spend more than 10 minutes in the waiting room after the time of my scheduled appointment. The front desk staff and hygienists are pleasant and friendly. My teeth always feel clean when I leave. I usually schedule my appointment with of the dentists, but sometime will a different one if she is available. I don't have any major problems, so this isn't an issue with me. The doctors always are attentive and take time to answer my questions fully. I have never had any problems with incorrect billing. <br />

The administrative staff could not manage to file our records even though I emailed them three times. Each time I emailled them, I followed up with a phone call. I would ask if they received them. The third time they finally received them. Yet when I went to my appointment, they couldn't find them. What a surprise that they same thing happened with my daughters' records. the front staff greeted us courteously but seemed more concerned about talking among themselves. <br /> When we arrived for appointments, we were kept waiting over 45 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so long, they said they had a scheduling problem. I asked why we hadn't been told that when we checked in and was given a blank stare in response. After waiting an additional ten minutes, we were seen. <br /> The hygenist didn't have the xrays I had sent. They wanted to retake the xrays and I refused because my insurance only covers one xray per year. After I insisted that they had the xrays, they found them. <br /> On all three of our cleanings, the work was minimal. At my previous dentist, the work was thorough and felt complete. It usually took at least 60 minutes. In each cleaning from this dentist, it was quick (maybe 30 minutes) and minimal. I didn't feel that my teeth were truly checked. My girls' appointments were even shorter -- and they both have braces! The hygenist then said we needed to make an appointment every three months since they needed to have their teeth cleaned more often with braces. Again, my insurance covers two cleanings--not four-- a year. My previous dentist never requested extra appointments. <br /> The dentist was polite and nice. But I had the impression in all of our appointments that she was in a hurry. She hardly looked in any of our mouths --again, very minimal-- and barely looked at the xrays. <br /> My last complaint is a trivial one, but for my girls it was valid. They get bored and anxious at a dentist but can be easily distracted with a tv.  Each chair is in a cubicle in a large warehouse type space. Each chair has a tv monitor in front of--not above-- it. The monitor can be moved near but not over head. Now with some one working in your mouth, the only place you CAN see is overhead. Also, there are no cable stations connected. So instead of being able to select a channel of a show, you can pick from a limited selection of DVD movies. So you can watch a limited portion of a limited selection of movies in your short minimal appointment. But you really can't see the tv because it is near your feet and not overhead. And you can't hear anything because there are no headphones and you are in a large echoing room. So, does the tv work to distract kids and help anyone pass the time? No. <br />

Dr Kristy Fisher and her sisters (she practices with her 2 sisters) are the best dentists I have ever had in my 56 years of living. They are very caring and sensitive to all my concerns. They were very up front about the cost of my 2 crowns. I would recommend them highly!!! <br />

I had been with my previous dentist for years and was surprised when I <br /> suddenly had several dental problems that my old dentist had never <br /> mentioned. <br />  I also had to call several times to get insurance claims processed correctly and to ask for a correct final bill. <br />

They were efficient and available. They did great work and were easy to work with. They didn't even charge me for the work. They were excellent.

The office is very attractive and comfortable.  We had to wait about 15 minutes.  X-rays were taken and cleaning performed.  Everything was explained.  I liked that they gave me a pair of dark glasses to protect my eyes from the bright light they use to see their work.  We saw Dr. Bagley, one of the three female dentist there.  She did not do the actual cleaning, just reviewed the x-rays and checked everyone's teeth after the hygienist had finished.  No complaints other than the slight delay in starting the appointment.

Dr. Fisher is quick, I never had to wait to see him. They are an efficient office. We have been using Dr. Fisher for 3 years. They use the most up to date technology. Their Novocain system is excellent.  It is a very women friendly office. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I will continue to use their services.   

I have had no problems with her.  She does a good job. 

<p>You do not have to wait for a long time in the waiting room to get in. Once you get in, everything will be done very quickly. They do not try to sell you other dental type services that you may not require. I do not have any complaints. I would use their service in the future too.</p>

Family Dental Care was my dentist from 2008 to May 2010. It was an okay experience. There were no unexpected surprises in billing, nor were there any unnecessary procedures, and everyone was friendly. My main complaint was that my appointments seemed to get rescheduled frequently (the appointment I was supposed to have in May of 2010 was rescheduled twice, although I was given at least a day's notice each time). I had also had another appointment rescheduled before this one--meaning my appointments were rescheduled 3 times over the course of two years. I ultimately left Family Dental Care both because of the rescheduling and because it was impractical to drive to a part of town I no longer lived or worked in.

The entire staff is very family friendly. The office set up is clean, open and efficient. You are put at ease as soon as you sit in the chair and every effort is made to make your visit as painless as possible. I hate going to the dentist, but I can at least relax during my appointments there. They are very thorough in explaining what treatment is needed. I would highly recommend them.
