Everything went great!

I telephoned Mr Turner of Family Electrical Inc and he was completing another job but said he would come to check out the situation even though it was getting late. He arrived about 8:30 PM and worked until dark. He returned the next morning and worked until the job was completed. He remained until the power company returned, checked the work and restored the power. I cannot express how grateful I was that Mr Turner responded so quickly to my emergency.

Melvin was very professional and informative.  He discovered that the issue was with the bulbs and fixtures themselves, and that one fixture had completely malfunctioned and needed replacing.  He also inspected the wiring to make sure there wasn't any unseen issues getting power to the lights.  I'm taking the defective units back to Lowes, which I had purchased and had another electrician install the fixtures last year.  Apparently, these fixtures are known to be defective and unreliable.  I might end up replacing all 3, but will start with the 1 that Melvin removed.  I would recommend his service to anyone. <br />

He was excellent. He was on time and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and I felt safe with him in my home. He installed a junction box to make it safe.HE gave me a 30 dollar discount. He got here at 10 am and it took him about an hour.
