Wanted to replace an old stockade fence in our yard. Our son had used them to install a vinyl fence and was very pleased with their work and suggested we give them a call. Called several fence companies but Mike V of Family Fence gave us the best quote and was able to install within a few days. His crew of 2 did a great job of taking down the old fence and putting up the new one. Looks great. They hauled away the old fence and cleaned up any debris left behind. Would highly recommend them.

From start to finish this was a smooth transaction. We had several companies come out to give us estimate- that never even sent an estimate over. Fence showed up and gave us the estimate the same day , we immediately signed and within a few weeks our privacy fence was up!! They handled HOA forms and permits, making everything very stress free for us. They showed up in the morning and knocked out the fence the same day. All the neighbors have come by to admire the fence from the outside - but we opted for a privacy fence/ board on board option so no peeping inside the yard no more ! They installed heavy weighted aluminum framing around the swinging gate doors and the quality of wood used is definitely above the rest of the fences in the neighborhood! So glad to have our yard back and the neighbors out ! We trust this fence is going to last for many years to come ! Highly recommend this company!

From the very first call, they were professional, appreciated our interest in their business and quickly scheduled a free estimate. When they came out, they answered every one of our million questions and didn't make us feel like we're were picky or difficult to work with. They gave us a very competitive quote. Then, after we changed everything about the design and size and placement, quickly updated the quote and sent it out. When it came to installation, and we had 100 more questions, they answered them all and took the time to explain. They installed it in a half of day. The fence looks perfect. We couldn't be happier. Family fence company has excellent service from start to finish! They came out and gave us a fair estimate, including taking down and hauling away the old fence. A full-on packet in a folder detailing the types and styles of fences as well as the company. The crew came out on the day and time of our scheduled install. The crew worked hard the entire time of the install, which included building the fence there on the spot. This is our third fence in 30 years and this is the most handsome looking fence ever. We even decided to do metal gates with the wood fence and everyone has commented on how wonderful it looks. We very highly recommend Family Fence company.

Lowest price out of four different estimates, and a veterans' discount to boot. Installation was less than a week after payment, and the installation crew did an excellent job. I forgot to clear out a few different obstructions in the fence line, but it didn't faze the installation crew at all. They saw them, offered up solutions, and kept on going; very professional and courteous of them. If I need any more fencing services in the future, I'll be coming back to Family Fence Company!

Family fence was wonderful to work with and they have very fair prices! They were able to schedule us for an estimate the same week we called, and came out for the install less than a week later. We had a post that didn't dry correctly during the installation, but they were very prompt with rescheduling another installer to come out a couple days later to make sure it was repaired and perfectly straight. I highly recommend their services!

After HOA approval all was great. Fence install was fast. The people at Family Fence were nice, polite and understanding. We were not in-state at the time so many phone calls were made on our part. Family Fence had no problem answering our questions and concerns. The price was great. The PVC fence looks better then a wood fence. We are very satisfied.
