Richard gave me a good quote and kept me updated about his schedule and when he would be coming to work on my yard. Once here, he and his coworker worked hard to clear leaves and debris and offer good advice. They went above and beyond to make the place shine and came in under the initial quote. I will be contacting Richard again for another project soon. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for the family feeling and for the care and concern about getting the job done very well the first time.

Hired Richard to install a basketball goal next to our patio. He went above and beyond in the quality of the install, following the mounting instructions to the letter despite very challenging digging conditions. He got the install done in 2 days, and the price was reasonable. I will no doubt be calling on him again for additional projects!

I reached out to Family First in regards to my parents yard that needed a little TLC. Richard, the owner contacted me shortly after I reached out to him. He was able to accommodate our schedule in setting up an appointment for an estimate in what exactly the job entailed. Richard stayed in constant contact with me, going back and forth in figuring out what day was best to come by and see the yard. My father was very impressed with Richard's demeanor and professionalism in understanding what the task ahead was. My father felt the estimate was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. Richard and his crew came within a matter of days of the initial estimate and got the job done in less than 2 days. My father was quite pleased with the final results and told me that it was a pleasure working with Richard. We would definitely hire Family First again without any hesitation. Richard did an amazing job! The roof cleaning was difficult but it now looks like a new roof. He trimmed all the bushes in my front yard as they were severely overgrown. He power washed the house and even the neighbors noticed the great job he and his assistant completed. Once he finished, he went back over everything and just looked for anything that didn't meet his standard. I will definitely be using First Family again! Thanks Richard!

Richard was amazing. We needed work done to ensure insurance renewal. He was able to remove moss and clean the roof same day I contacted him. It looked great and the insurance was happy too. He also did yard clean up for us. It was a large job that included branch removal and alot a broken furniture and other items. He is kind and professional and his pricing is very reasonable. I plan on hiring him again when we are ready to do some interior work.

Rich spread wood chips from a huge tree stump that was ground up. He had it done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. He also did a great cleanup job. I would recommend his services.

Excellent from start to finish ! Came the very next day for a quote. unexpectedly saved me over $300 researching and finding me materials used but in new condition! Did the work the day after the quote ! Very punctual and friendly! Would defiantly hire again!

Richard did an outstanding job removing leaves from our yard. He is personable, flexible, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He did the work that larger leaf removal companies will not do and he did it in a timely way. I will definitely be using his services again.
