Everything went fine. They would have been an "A" across the board except for what is noted below. The only problem was they did not wear a mask during the install. Even when I asked if they could, they said that it was difficult being they are running in and out all the time. I did not understand that. But we have worked with them before and their work is great, so I let them go without the mask. We just hid far away from them.

Had a guy come out end of April to bid on fixing my CA -charged us $79.00 to just look & then called us & said $1300.00 to fix. I don't have that kind of money just laying around so had to raise it. Called on 6/6/17 to make the appt & they refused to do it until fall because my furnace is in the attic & it's too hot. When told I would be taking my business elsewhere - he got smart with me. Rude!

They have been very good. They are pretty reasonable. They are not the most expensive, or the cheapest either. They are in the middle of the fees. They always do a good job. They are pretty reasonable. If they are a little late, its never more than an half an hour.

Brandon was very professional, he was very informative, he let me know that my furnace was older than I was told it was and it is unsafe to use due to some problems it's having, I've had other companies do the same thing he did for twice the cost and I will only be using family heating and air from now on, his analysis of my furnace was very precise and accurate, he was on time and very punctual in letting me know when he would arrive at my house, family heating and air, what a great company! I'm very satisfied and I will definitely be using them in the future. <br />
