Family Power Washing

He was great. He's very polite. He's reliable. It says Family Powerwashing but he is a one man band. He has a big white box truck and there are reels and reels in the back of that when he opens his door. There are a huge engine and different concentrates of the different kinds he uses. So, he pulls up onto your property and when he's finished he wraps it all up and off he goes. He was able to be gentle in some area and really go after it in the eaves of the boat house where there are spiders. He did a wonderful job. There was a day that he said he was going to come finish up and he didn't show up. His prices aren't the cheapest but it is worth it. He answers his calls and gets back to you. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit for his services. He's not going to show up that day or the next day. His punctuality is not great. He'll say, I'll see you tomorrow morning at 8:00 and he might not show up until 9:00. He is honest in his work. He knows he has a job to do and he does it to the best of his ability. He doesn't rush through it and drive away. He takes his time to do a job that he's satisfied with.

This company is great. They are very kind, the prices are reasonable, and they make it very easy to schedule an appointment. I easily set everything up over the phone and they were there the next week. The workers were very polite and the job was done quickly but very well. The windows look great and I'm glad I got the pressure cleaning. Every one should check these guys out! <br />

Upon first arrival, I was pleased. They seemed quite knowledgeable and were punctually for the most part. After a quick discussion of what needed to be done, they got straight to work. I am starting a new business and they windows needed a good washing and they did an excellent job. They place is looking like new. I am very happy and can finally see outside. It was a lot of work and expected it to take more than a day to accomplish, but it only took them one. Very pleased and will probably use again to possibly power-wash. <br />

The start was great.  Quick response on when the visit for the estimate would be and showed up as promised. Seemed very knowledgeable.  The cleaning was scheduled and occurred on time. The power washing was great and reasonably priced compared to other estimates, which was how they got the job.  <br /> However the window cleaning was a failure on about half the windows . Having said that, the windows were very dirty outside, some having anodized aluminum screen dust on them that was there from years of not being removed and washed.  This was not successfully removed and the windows would not by any measure pass as clean. .  I was not home, my wife was when they came, but I believe that part of the problem was the system used.  I was told during the estimate that they have a long handled brush system to do the washing of the windows, including the upper one (where many of the problems were).  In any case, these very dirty windows were washed several times my wife reported but obviously didn't come clean.  What was needed was to be on a ladder and scrub the windows and perhaps even use a razor blade scraper to get a perfect job.   Perhaps for folks who have their windows done regularly this washing system would be fine but to be charged for the unsuccessful windows was not reasonable (I would have even accepted an extra charge, even at the time of the discovery, if they had said "look we need to use ladders or do something extra to get this clean) because I still have to go back and do the unsuccessful ones myself after paying. <br /> So those are the reasons for the very mixed report. <br />
