From start to finish, this was one of the most satisfying experiences we've had with remodeling. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Fred London and Alvin Payne worked with us on the initial scope of work and then the fun began when Don Dial and his work crew worked patiently with us throughout the project on the design and materials decisions. The results were beyond what we had hoped. The craftsman porch and the exterior color updates completely changed the appearance of the house. <br /> Don takes great pride in his craftsmanship and worked hard to convert our plans into reality. He made great suggestions but listened to what we wanted and made a few changes along the way. They worked around our schedule and even worked on a couple of weekends around the busy holidays. They also cleaned up every day before they left! <br /> We will definitely work with Family Roofing again on the next phase of our remodeling! <br /> <br />

They sent out a contractor to repair my leak since it's a small job for <br /> them. He arrived on time, was courteous and cleaned up thoroughly! They <br /> were more expensive than the other company I had estimate it, but I am <br /> pleased with the results. <br />

Fred was very helpful and courteous. His crew came the very next day to do our roof. The price was reasonable ,too! It looks great, we love having gutters, and we plan to have them back after the holidays to do some more renovations. <br />
