DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. HE'S A FRAUD. This was the most incompetent and dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with in my lie. My house leaked like a shower after he was done "repairing" my crow's nest deck and I have extensive interior damage as a result, including buckled wood floors and stained and damaged drywall in two floors. Contractor was brought back twice to assess problem and he lied through his teeth - said the crow's nest was dry so the sudden major leaks were not caused by him. Within 15 second of a second contractor checking the problem, it was so OBVIOUS that the contractor Todd Sutulka of Family Traditions had left huge holes in my deck. You could see the sunlight from inside my attic. I had to hire a new contractor to rip up everything Sutulka did and redo all the work. I have tons of photos and video showing what a disaster this Sutulka guy caused us. We reported this to him and asked that he provide us with his insurance information and return the money paid for the job which was in the $5,000 range. Had he done that, we would have called it a day. However, the guy now won't return the calls. I paid over $7,000 to tear out and redo the job he did and have easily another $5,000 in damage to my wood floors. Since Sutulka will not answer our calls, he's going to get sued and will be reported to the Consumer Fraud Division of the State of Florida Attorney General's office. This guy is a quack and his card which says he is insured and bonded has got to be a fraudulent misrepresentation given that the guy has now disappeared. Angie's List, we are so disappointed with this referral and hope that you will do something to help us. Please call me back.
