Concrete Foundation Raise

Outcome: the new foundation installed by this contractor needs to be removed and correctly redone. Floor joists and subflooring need to be removed and correctly redone. Wall studs racked, roof bowed and outside corner soffit area have separated again due to manner of shoring and lifting. Foundation footing at most 12" , not below freezeline, no found rebar and uneven per Structural Engineer report. The former stone foundation was stated by the contractor as deteriorated, two structural engineers have stated it was adequate and should never been removed, especially without a study, inspection by City Inspector or other professional and a plan.
Home is now unlivable, deficient by City Code. Travis Stoldt has ignored all attempts by the homeowner to correct the deficiencies even during the time the project was being done. Stoldt Masonry received full contracted payment of $35,000 plus an additional $4000. This was due to demoliti
