Sloppy work for what we paid. Left a big mess. We even had another company come in afterwards and they agreed we were overcharged for sloppy work. Communication was horrible as far as when they would finish their work. Would never use this company again.

The technicians were friendly, professional, and took time to explain the issues with my trees and how to treat each one.

They came out and did a really good job. They were efficient and the price was reasonable. I am happy with the service.

Very professional removal at a tall pine between 2 house. General clean up of trees on the rest of the property. Made adjustments to their schedule to accommodate ours. Planning to use them again on another property.

They were very knowledgeable not only on the tree trimming but gave advice on other landscaping. Their price wasn't the low price of the three, but they did a great job, were prompt, courteous and a good value. I would definitely use again.

The crew did a great job on the tree. However, they had to cancel my first appointment but at the end of the day - not prior to the appointment. They did not spray my tree (included in my contract) and have not been responsive to me. I wouldn't use them again for this reason.

They did a wonderful job though it was slightly raining. They ground up the trunk, came in there and did a good job. They do trimming, topping, pruning, hauling and cutting fence as well. Mr. Efrain Barron is the guy and he has a machine that comes up over the stump. His machine cuts at it like a pendulum sideways from the left to right and goes down as it does that. As it grinds it mulches the wood also so it is a nice addition to my garden; that’s how I look at it. These trees were like Crepe Murtles which were two stores high. They didn’t cut the tree down but cut the trunk which was a good foot and a half. He did his job and knew what to do. It was really nice because I had some bushes in front of the trees and he dug them out for me. They were about to dig it because it was Nandina which was only about a foot and half. The tree was close to the house which is why I had to cut them. He took the bush out, came up did the grinding and when he was finished and moved the soil and bush back in which was really nice. They rearranged some bushes so they did some extra stuff. I had nothing to compare their prices with but I thought they were fine. I have complaints. They did an effective job and even helped me pull a couple of roots that I was pulling on which really wasn’t a part of his responsibilities.

I am beyond disappointed with this company.  My husband was outside working on our trees one weekend and a representative stopped by offering to have his crew trim the trees.  We talked it over and decided to give them a shot.  They weren't able to come that Saturday, but did show up mid-morning on Monday.  They spent about 60 minutes on our 7 trees (3 large oaks, and 4 smaller trees).  They trimmed a lot of the 'scrub' but didn't remove any larger branches.  <br /> Unfortunately, not knowing the agreement they had made with my husband about cutting all overhanging limbs to be above 14 feet (our HOA's rule), I paid the crew when they finished up, but got the phone number from 'Emmanuel' and a verbal reassurance my husband was welcome to call and they'd return if he wasn't 100% satisfied when he got home from work to inspect the job. <br /> Well, the trees were not done to my husband's satisfaction and all three of our large live oaks had branches hanging below 14 feet.  My husband contacted them immediately-same day, and they agreed to send a crew back the next morning.  Tuesday morning-no show.  My husband has contacted them no less than 5 times to come finish the job and they've agreed to come back several times in the past two weeks, but have never showen.  Twice they told us their truck broke down.  Finally, they just stopped answering my husbands calls. <br /> I learned a few lessons here-NEVER pay a company until your husband has a chance to inspect the work and NEVER use Family Tree Service! <br /> <br />
