My husband and I recently painted our house in Naples Florida. We chose “Fancy Painters” as our contractor. Art does wallpapering as well painting interiors and exteriors and many other things. It is all written on his truck. I took a picture and that’s how we met. He said it would take one week and that is exactly how long it took. When we hit a snag with the house color being darker than expected, Art came up with a solution for the second coat and it looks great.Our neighbors even complimented him for how nice it looks Thank you Fancy Painters 🏠

Art’s customer service was wonderful! His employee, Eduardo, did a fabulous job sanding, priming, and repainting the horizontal beams and vertical columns on our lanai. I would highly recommend Fancy Painters.

Art and his team from Fancy painters removed the popcorn from my ceilings and painted the complete condo. Doors and trim included. The work performed was very well done at a very good price. IT’S ABOUT ART. At the core of ‘Fancy Painters’ is the owner, Arturo Mejia, who, is better defined as the owner-operator that quite literally puts his own brushstrokes into his clients projects. Art and his able crew turned out an excellent, neat, and timely exterior paint job to my two-story residence. But there’s more to my experience than just that. Soft-spoken and conscientious, Art was the ONLY contractor of the four companies that I vetted of this site and others that was receptive to at least offering more than one application method. Of the four companies, Art had the most comprehensive proposal to include details about the products being used with the most detailed scope of work. Art, busy as he was, patiently returned every phone call, text, or email. I can’t tell you how much consumer confidence that builds. In Naples FL with many businesses - even the better ones, communication skills are not a priority, which leads to the customer working way too hard just to be a customer. This then leads to a lack of confidence in any business that they’ll produce or be there down the road for warranty work. Dealing with Art was in a word- refreshing. Finally, and to some the most important aspect was PRICE. Yes, it was important to me as well, but NOT at the expense of conscientiousness or competency. Of the four companies I received proposals from, Fancy Painters was (more than competitive), being outbid by a single company which provided the lowest price then promptly NEVER returning ANY of my correspondence....so what's that worth really? As a result, Art Mejia and his Fancy Painters earned a repeat customer for life- no more shopping around. Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be in business??

Art and his crew did a fantastic job painting our entire home, which included newly installed crown molding, coffered ceilings and several rooms with accent walls. They did a great job prepping and painting the crown molding, painting the accent walls and staining the wood in our coffered ceiling. They did such a great job with the lines between color changes and between walls and ceilings. We also have rounded corners where there were color changes and the line they created to ensure a smooth look was fantastic. They did not rush through the details, took time to ensure the final result looked great. This kind of attention to detail is what everyone wants in painters and they delivered! They also spray painted our fireplace accent wall and a decorate 3D wall and both came out beautiful! The few times we pointed out something they missed or if we wanted some specific detail to be done, they were so nice, professional and accommodating. This was a big project, took almost 9 days so it was important to have a crew that is nice to have in your house and good about cleaning up at the end of the day. I can say Art and his crew fit this well -- very nice people and conscientious about cleaning up! If you're looking for high quality painting, I would highly recommend Fancy Painters!

It was perfect! Art and his staff are true professionals who do excellent work at a very fair price. They were always on time and very neat, keeping my house in order (which had a few furnishings in it) and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves every day after they were done. I will hire them again without a doubt for my next painting job.

Art and his team did a wonderful job. Any time I have work done like this I am very nervous. Art has a calming spirit which was helpful to me. They showed up on time and were very respectful. When communication was needed Art was responsive very accommodating. They could improve their neatness by not dripping paint which was a bit of an issue. But overall they did a thorough job.
