"We apologize you feel this way However we reached out to you and asked you to send us pictures of the damage and you did not do so. The pictures posted do not prove anything. It is very important to us that we leave all customers satisfied with their service however if anyone is not happy with their services we gladly return no charge and fix whatever the issue is. Also your sprinkler system not working properly is out of our control. Our professional technicians know how to operate a sprinkler system. Therefore if it was not working properly we were never informed and turned it on to ensure your grass was safe. We also made sure to cover up all plants as well so there should be absolutely no damage. Once again please send us proof of your allegations so we can resolve the situation. Thank you."
