The company was very responsive. They provided a competitive quote and quickly scheduled the cleaning. On the day the work was scheduled, the weather was not cooperative. Instead of just calling to reschedule, the fellow came by and we discussed the work in detail. We made a new schedule and the following week he did the work. The roof looks like new! Not only did he clean the roof, but he did the soffit and facia at the same time. He also did some of the walls of the house. I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them.
