The original work went well and we felt we received a good product for the money. Installers we professional and did a nice job. We had decided to install additional windows. Called several times and left messages for both Derrick and with individuals at their office. No one bothered to call us back. We are now looking for a new window company.

Arrived when was told did excellent job cleaned up every night before leaving.

They were installed on our home by John Lester and his helper. They did an excellent job, took their time making sure the installation was done properly and cleaned everything afterward. Though the job would take three days, they were able to finish before the weather turned cold and windy. Very professional and I would definitely hire them again.

Communication could be better. They do good work.

Derieck was very informative when he came to give us our estimate. He is nice and friendly and not pushy. It took about 6 weeks for the windows and doors to come in and Wayne and his crew of 2 had them all installed in 2 days. They showed up on time both days and worked very hard and efficiently. They cleaned everything up and did not leave a mess anywhere. I LOVE my new windows and doors and love how nice the house looks with them. My furnace will not have to work so hard this winter. I will use them again!

My dad's home needed new siding and a few new windows before we could put it on the market.  Abbey Kozitza, did an awesome job of handling this project from start to finish.  We live out of town, so that made it more of a challenge for her, but she was very accommodating.  The house looks beautiful and worth so much more $$$.  This company has been in business for a long time and does excellent work.  Their warranty is very good.  <br /> I would certainly recommend this company for windows and siding. <br />

The installer arrive as per arrangement, Set up and cleaned up every day of the job.  Dave and Johnny the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. <p>I had an issue with two of the installed picture windows and they were prompt in coming back and developing an action item to correct the problem.</p> <p>Great service and would recommend.</p> <br />

They were on time, efficient and clea.  Didn't even know they were there other than the window was replaced.  This is my second home and and still using them. <br />

<p>Farm and Home Builders put the siding of my house originally about five years ago and I really like the work that they did, the workmanship and the price was good, and so I called them up again to do us new work. They gave me a good price. I was a repeat customer. The schedule worked out great, so I went with them.</p>

I am very happy with the windows. The installations went great. The estimated charges were right on.

While we love their product, we did not like the way they contract out the installation. Which means that the installers don't work for Farm and Home Builders. We had several issues with damages the installers caused to our property and all Farm and Home Builders would do is to tell us to contact the installers as the are independent from them. Long story made short, it all depends on who installs your siding with this company. Then hope you don't have any issues with the installation. <br />

Crew was very professional in putting in the patio door. They replaced old patio door with a much better quality door which keeps our sunroom more warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. Vacuumed after the job was completed.  Would definitely use the same firm to replace other windows in the house. Price was reasonable compared to other installers. <br />

From the moment we met with the owner of Farm and Home Builders, Randy Williams, we knew we wanted him to do our windows and siding.  Not only were the prices right, but his knowledge on the product they used reassured us that installation was going to be done correctly and will last! Randy and his installation crew were on time, courteous, and professional every step of the way.  Randy would even stop by frequently to make sure the job was being installed correctly and ask if we had any additional questions.  Their attention to detail and workmanship left our house looking brand new! We still, almost two years later, get compliments on the amazing transformation! We have called Randy back for additional projects and will continue to have him and his crew do projects in the future. We would strongly recommend Farm and Home Builders to anyone! <br />

They were prompt and courteous. We had a problem with the sliding glass door. It would not close just right. They came right out and put in a whole new door. They were very competent. Their price was fair. They also give a bonus if you refer somebody to them.

When I was doing the research for companies, getting quotes and having everyone come to the house it because very apparent that everyone was selling the same exact window in the area.  (All-Side).  Farm and Home also had an (All-Side) window but they were offering a higher end window then everyone else at near the same price.  They had also replaced a window for a friend of mine.  Their quote was about $1000 higher then the lowest quote I got, but their warranty both on the product and labor was far superior to anyone else's.  That was the deciding factor for me. <br /> It took about 2 months from the time I signed the contract until their next crew was available to do the installation.  I received a call about a week before they were ready to start.  I was told at that time that the big picture window came in cracked.  (I am curious how long the windows sat in their warehouse before they looked at it).  Installation took two full days.  All of the windows were in the first day, and they finished the trim on the second day.   There were some defects in the sliding door so they ordered a replacement door.  Also the crew didn't do a stellar job cleaning up.  There was a lot of sharp scraps from the trim along the foundation. <br /> The crew did a great job installing all of the windows.  They did a great job on the exterior trim.  Although there were a couple crank-out windows where the top part of the trim was just a bit too low impeding the windows from cranking out.  They had to come back and replace the trim on those windows, which they did at no cost. <br /> The replacement pain for the window arrived late december, but after unpacking it, it too was defective, the 3 panes of glass were not square and wouldn't fit into the opening, so another one was ordered. <br /> Now in January the new window pane arrived as did the patio door.  They arrived and installed the new window pane (which looks great) and the new patios door that work perfectly now. <br /> Overall very happy with the windows.  The windows look great, and even other contractors here working on the roof have commented that the installation job of the new windows looks awesome.  I lowered the Professionalism score to a B because of the cleanup issues, and because of the repeated issues with the window pane.  I highly recommend this company for your windows any time, and I may return to them for siding in the near future. <br />

They did a real good job. The last group of guys were great. They took their time and made sure everything fit nice and perfect. They were very professional and they didn't leave no tin behind, scraps or anything. They are very reasonable. They were a little slow on that and they showed up on time. The two guys that were here were very professional.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. The sales person was very low pressure. They worked around my scheduled. They require NO money down, and provide a lien waiver after the work is completed. The price quoted was all inclusive, including sales tax. I had a rotten window sill which discovered during the installation of the new windows. The sill was replaced at no additional cost.
