We are down 2 men, who are on vacation, and an office worker. And, I have been pulled away for personal tragedy. John tried everything to get a man to your home. It sounds like he was able to move some things around, just not in time. As far as the warranty, if another electrician touches our work, ofcourse our warranty is voided. Nonetheless, my company will be issuing you a full refund for the light we installed. We have 30 reviews on Angies. You have given our second F. There is always room for improvement. Our outside light fixture would cause a new 10 year CFL or LED bulb to burnout. This happened with several new bulbs and we thought this might be a sign of a short or other wiring problems. We called Farryn Electric and the office scheduler, Shelly, was very helpful in expending a service visit. They sent out 2 electricians who promptly concluded that the CFL and LED light bulbs were not compatible with our fixture which had dimmer, timing and dawn to dusk features. They reset the fixture as it had been left by a prior owner in a "test" setting. They were very friendly and understanding considering the the problem was caused by our use of the wrong type of light bulbs. Shelly called later that day and said there would be no charge for the visit which we felt was very generous of them. We had never used Farryn before this as they were recommended by a neighbor. <br />

He was prompt to contact me when I bought the Big Deal. He contacted my tenant and arrived on time. He assessed the issue and gave me a professional opinion. He could not fix the issue until the Electric company came out and verified it was no on their end. <br />

They were terrific---so courteous and clean! They even filled the holes when they were finished (not typical in my opinion!). These are guys that you are actually happy to have in your home. Will use them for all electrical needs in the future. <br />

Dan and his team were fantastic! I had several light switches and a receptacle that weren't working along with a light that wasn't working. Dan examined the issues and determined several options that could be taken to correct the problem. He also took the time to explain the root cause of the issue. It took several visits to finish the job and Dan worked around my busy schedule to find the time that worked best for me. I would definitely recommend Farryn Electric and will call them again if I need an electrician. <br />

Very good job by the 2-man crew. They checked the switch and chandelier and traced the problem to a short caused by one of the light fixtures. They insulated the metal tubing around the bulb and replaced the dimmer switch. They answered all my questions. The guys were professional in their approach and interaction with me. <br />

<p>Dan and his team were fantastic, fast and neat! They came on time and were here for about 4 hours. Also, the price and expertise can't be beat. We were getting quotes of $2500 for the same job. They were way less, very trustworthy and in my opinion had more expertise on the situation. In the future, they are the only electricians I will ever use.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

Got a Saturday appointment within 2 days. He called to make sure he had the right color outlet. Showed up on time. Fixed it quickly. Charged less than half of what I've paid others for comparable work. Nice guy too!

Price quoted was very reasonable. Called me when he was running late. Was willing to reschedule to a weekend when a job ran late - and gave me a discount! Did the work quickly and completely the first time. Was willing to answer questions and was clear with his answers. Was courteous and personable. Cleaned up the work area thoroughly when he was done!

We’ve been really pleased with their work. They were patient. They did a full electrical safety walk through at no charge. Everything was done well, quickly, and very professionally. I felt that their process were fair but I can’t compare it to others.

Looked at two fluorescent fixtures; determined that the ballasts were the source of the problem. Had a ballast in the truck for one fixture; could not locate a ballast for the second fixture. Suggested a quick, inexpensive way to replace the 2nd fixture and did it all quickly. <br /> I showed them a second possible job involving outdoor lighting; he'll be in touch after looking for the lighting I asked about. <br /> <br />
