Lawn Care Lawn Seeding
I am disappointed with the service I received from Homeworth Landscaping. After my lawn was over seeded, I was told the issues would be addressed if there were any problems. It has been over a month, and while some grass has grown, there are still several bare spots and uneven areas throughout the yard.
I reached out and asked Brandon to stop by, inspect the lawn, and recommend a solution, but he did not follow through as requested. Good customer service includes standing behind your work and responding to customers when concerns arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
